What a treat to be at 415 Marine Parade. The accommodations were lovely. Breakfasts comprised of local fruits and nuts - delicious! Enjoyed the happy hour drinks and the conversation with the hosts & other guests. It was clear to me that our hosts, Esther & Tom, are quite experienced travelers from the details in the room. A real delight to return in the evening to port and chocolate. In fact, it inspired quite an after dinner conversation on the deck for us! Esther’s restaurant recommendation was the perfect place for us. So very grateful for all their attention and hospitality. Highly recommend staying here if you are in Napier!
We loved our stay at 415 Marine Parade! Tom and Esther were wonderful and generous hosts. The boutique Inn is centrally located and across the street from the ocean. Amazing views! Tom and Esther were very helpful with recommendations and we loved the 5pm Happy Hour where we got to socialize with them and other guests. Breakfast was outstanding as well. You couldn't ask for a better place to stay. It has been our favorite place as we have traveled through Australia and New Zealand. We didn't want to leave and would definitely come back next time we make it to New Zealand.

For the exceptional quality, service, and comfort, this property offers great value. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay again if we ever find ourselves in Napier.
My wife and I came to Napier for a ‘Wine holiday’ to visit the vineyards in the local area. We chose 415 because of its high reviews on google and trip advisor… It was awesome, the rooms have been beautifully renovated and very warm when it was only 1 degree outside. The location was great, close to restaurants and easy to find on the main beach road. Our hosts Tom & Esther were great company helping us find the vineyards we wanted to visit and guide us away from some we didn’t know were closed. Cooked a great breakfast too!
I loved this place from the second I walked in the door. The owners are terrific hosts and the suite i stayed in was calm, beautifully decorated and had a bed I didn't want to get out of. Handy to have 2 usb charging ports either side of the bed at table height. Definitely going back.

It’s home away from home with attention to every detail and so comfortable, you will not want to leave. Guests have the option to gather around the hosts for pre-dinner drinks with canapés and are treated to a delicious breakfast in the morning. The location is excellent with just a few steps to the beach and a short walk into town.
A boutique hotel offering six star bed and breakfast accommodations in the heart of Napier! Tom and Esther have done an outstanding job in creating a top notch, cozy and warm retreat! Their attention to detail is amazing in everything from breakfast to bathroom accessories! A truly wonderful experience!!!!
Tom and Esther were very welcoming and are gracious hosts. We had an upstairs front room which has a great view. Breakfasts and afternoon drinks were a great treat. We highly recommended this bnb. There is also a very good restaurant right beside it.
I am so grateful for Esther and Tom’s hospitality. This has been an absolutely amazing stay. I loved it so much I hardly wanted to leave the house! Lol The room is spacious and gorgeous. The color scheme is so soothing and calming. They have heated bathroom floor and water bottle warmer. It is so cozy in the room. They have put a lot of thought into this hotel, everything from a shower scrub, extra cloth face masks, to healthy snacks in the room. You won’t really need anything. It is all taken care of. Esther makes the best breakfast and cake! I had such good diet at this place. The food is just delicious!!! She baked a Tamarillo cake, which was divine. The bacon and cheese muffins and cinnamon brioche bread were so good. It is like a fancy restaurant! You will have your own secure code to your door lock. And there is an elevator inside the house to transport your things to the second floor. I am so happy with my experience. I felt well taken care of. You are going to LOVE this place. Please go treat yourself there! Oh, and the BEST Thai massage is only 5 minutes of a walk. And it is a beautiful experience to take a walk along the ocean every morning. What more can you ask for?
