“We have three amazing dogs. Two of them are rescues and our little Jack Russel girl suffers from extreme timidity and anxiety when she’s in a new place. These kennels were amazing. They were so kind and accommodating, even carrying our girl around so she didn’t feel too much pressure. It’s so hard to find a reliable and nice please where people genuinely love animals and respect them. Thanks a lot guys, we felt way better leaving them with Kelly and the team, than we did ever leaving them with Papamoa Kennels”

“We just had our wedding at Eagle Ridge and were lucky enough to stay at the Homestead for 2 nights. I cannot recommend Eagle Ridge highly enough. The accommodation was absolutely next level! We felt so special staying there with our family and friends. The views were stunning, the grounds were beautiful and it was an absolute dream. For the wedding it was so nice being able to turn up and everything was pretty much done for you, nothing was too big or too small for the staff. They handled everything with complete professionalism. The food was delightful, everybody raved about how delicious the food was. And I cannot recommend highly enough the venue, Deborah and her incredible staff.”

“We arrived very late at night and still it was no problem to our wonderful hosts who waited up for us. It was a rainy and cold night and it was wonderful to arrive to our preheated quarters. The place was very clean and modern, great decor and art throughout. It was my first stay at a BnB but I would have to say this place would have to be considered at the top end of BnBs. “Very convenient to central Christchurch. Stayed here a couple of times, Summer and Winter and the contrast is interesting. There is a back deck outside area with covers and heaters. Drag blankets from the games room too if needed. Cosy villa all around. Can't wait to stay again.”

“Thank you Chet and Steve of being a very good and lovely hosts. Very good stay, the room is cosy, clean and comfortable. They have small little pantry in the room itself - coffee, tea, water and a kettle to boil water. Toilet amenities are also provided. And I like the surrounding garden with planted apples, pears, plums, lavenders and so many others. Walking distance to the nearby cafes and restaurants, and 15km to the Christchurch international airport. As my flight is very early, so I don’t have chance to have the breakfast, which I really love to do it in my next visit again.”
