   Donna I read your reply to my initial review. If you had told us the truth in the first place instead of lying about closing down the cattery, none of this would’ve happened. Lies have repercussions. So I do not intend to take down my post on FB. Yes, you have a grand entrance and a nice place but so what! And please stop harassing us with phone calls because I will take action. There’s nothing more to be said. I have been a loyal, paying customer, and with four cats boarding for several days my bills have run into the hundreds. I expect to have been treated with professionalism and goodwill, not lied to. Nothing more to be said.

   Excellent facilities with each cat, or family cats, having their own personal space. I am happy booking my cat in whenever I am away knowing she is well looked after and isn’t left alone all day. The individual spaces all receive sunlight at some stage of the day, with room to retire to shade if required.

   Was blown away on arrival seeing the cattery for the first time. They were very helpful and Jazz arrived home very relaxed. In the past she has been very stressed when she came home. Definitely will use again.

   We always take our cat to Cat's Whiskers whenever we go on holidays. This place is extremely clean, the lady (Donna) is friendly and has the best customer service. If there is a need for improvement, I think that would be the booking system on their website. I always book my cat online but I seem to have to follow it up with either a call or a text to get a booking confirmation. Other than that, this cattery is my go-to.

   Great spot to leave your cat. It is clear that the owner cares about cats and ours was really well looked after for four nights. Would recommend to anyone wanting to leave their cat somewhere safe and well cared for.

   Fabulous cattery run by great people. Very clean and spacious and Donna takes great care to treat each cat as an individual and ensure they're as well looked after as possible. I also like the fact that she'll update you on their stay when you collect them and has even sent me updates to my phone while my cat was there. Great service.
