Very comfortable beds, I had a double room which was larger than i expected. Very clean and well maintained facilties. It was quiet even though rooms were are full. Only one shower is the only downside but not a big isue. A few minutes walk to town. Good value for the price too.
Great service and friendly staff. Clean and warm rooms. Great shared facilities. Awesome place to stay whilst doing the rail trail.
Cute. Intimate. Piece of history. Everything you need to feel at home n be comfortable. Plus it’s affordable and a short walk to all the beauty n ‘lovely’ delights Te Aroha has on offer
This is the first time my husband and I we stayed at the Nunnery it's been awesome got the double bed room separate shower and toilets and guest lounge and kitchen help yourselves with tea coffee and there's microwave to heat your own food I want to thank the owners and we will be back Steve and Elizabeth Fleming from Papakura Auckland
Perfect little spot, super welcoming and clean. Had everything we could’ve wanted during our stay and Denise was lovely. Highly recommend!

Highly recommend The Nunnery A very comfortable bed with a heat pump in every room. Essential on a cold frosty morning in the Waikato. Good safe storage for our bikes as well. Denise our hostess was so friendly too.
The Nunnery is a beautiful place to stay with fresh rooms and communal facilities. Steeped in history. Very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend staying at The Nunnery. Denise is a wonderful host. We will definitely be back.
Helpful owner. Good quiet rooms at a fair price, $85-95 per night for double rooms with extra roll out single beds. Suits couples and well behaved families. Lounge is good.
