   Very lucky to have Leanne as my property manager. I’ve recently found out she’s not just a property manager - but also a heroic rescuer of plants! During a recent inspection she gave me a tip about changing the way I water a couple of my house plants (they were well and truly nearing the end) and all behold they now have new growth and will survive! She is always quick to respond to emails, especially regarding maintenance requests, which makes things really easy and stress-free. I also appreciate how well she handles correspondence around inspections. There’s always plenty of notice given and communication is clear and professional. It’s been a very positive experience working with them.

They have managed everything from the pre-purchase evaluation of the properties, renovations, building of garages, post disaster repair, COC issues... the list goes on. Michelle is always responsive and knowlageable and really is a partner for me in a city and area I have never been to..

I feel comfortable sharing any maintenance and Faith is great at communicating the same to the landlord and getting things fixed. She takes her own initiative and is easily reachable when needed.
