This time I ordered a dress pattern for recently bought material from there. As there was a buy 1, get 1 free, I quickly ordered 2. They had 1, which I got within couple days. Thought the other would follow thru, coming from another branch. A week plus later, I now have the other! Thank you. But I would check your courier for efficiency. Glad I didn't want it straight away. Other than that, I have had only ever had positive service from Spotlight Dunedin. The staff when visiting have always been accommodating as well.”

Convenient hours to support most shoppers. Wide range of produce/products covering some international brands beyond Aotearoa/Australia. Prices vary compared to other stores at other locations, check carefully before placing in your trolley. Both self service check out counters and a few serviced check out lines available. Weekends appear busier than usual - but that doesn't really detract from shopping, with loads of trolleys and baskets available at the entrance. Happy shopping!”

“Profoundly upset & frustrated to learn that The Warehouse has been been strong-armed out of Milford Mall, despite the Group's offer of favourable financial terms & the overwhelming support of locals in the area. We are losing the ONLY outlet providing DIY, Gardening, Furniture, Crafts, Home/Kitchen Ware, Appliances, Tech, - to name a few. It's a lovely, peaceful place with delightful ambiance. The last thing we need is a gym!”

“Massive range of fabrics and bedding. From the outside the shop looks small but it is quite large in there and has more than you would think. I was looking for iron on patch material and the staff were happy to help even though it was 20 minutes to closing. The fabrics is upstairs so if you have mobility issues the stairs might be an issue.”
