“5 star review for the lovely young Pasifika woman (apologies I didn't catch her name but wanted to make sure she was identified) who assisted me on the 25th of June around approx 5/6pm with my dehumidifier. I brought in my dehumidifier (almost at 2 years old) due to electrical faults and concerns, wanting to check my warranty and if I could get some help. Initially I was assisted by an older lady who misunderstood my request thinking I was after a return/refund, after I had specifically asked for some help with my machine that had sparked when I plugged in & was wanting to know if it was still under warrant and/or if someone could help fix it. She then proceeded to tell me I needed a receipt even after I showed my online contact with Mitre 10 noting the staff could call the shipping store upon arrival to assist and get the receipt details as it was an online order, but she told me to ring the store myself. As I went outside to grab the machine from my car & brought it back in with my daughter, I hear the woman telling the young lady I was after a refund/return which was in fact untrue, I quickly corrected her and this is where the young lady came in and helped me out. As I purchased online there was no physical copy but she was super helpful as I showed her the email contact with Mitre 10 & online details i could provide, The young lady got the initial staff member to call up the shipping store and was just super helpful and sorted it out fast and efficient. Great customer service, attentive, listened to what I needed and I was able to get a replacement as I was still within my 2 year warranty. The difference in service was visible & I think shes a great example of perfect customer service. Thank you very much to this young lady- approachable, super helpful and super happy with the outcome.”

“I like this mitre 10 it's very small great for people who have social anxiety I came here while I was recovering from a injury and didnt want to be amongst alot of people,and knew it could possibly be quiet with not many people there cause everyone usually goes to the bigger outlets and i was spot on,but I like it cause it's small and has a warm cosy feel to it and has never been busy during my visits also i love all my products from here and staff were great and helpful”

Your staff are just amazing .especially the two ladies named SHONA & ROBYN .They went out of there way to find every items i needed and also pointed out what would work best . “I recently purchased a mattress from Bedpost. They've got a comprehensive and hygienic display room; available mattresses have a range of firmnesses, zoning and prices. I had visited a number of bed-stores in the Mt Wellington area with great showrooms too, but what really stood out to me at Bedpost was the fantastic customer service. I found it quite awkward trying out beds in other shops, but CJ made me felt right at home and encouraged me to try it out in store for as long as I wanted before committing to a purchase. This I found incredibly valuable as buying a mattress is not cheap! Additionally, he listened to my needs and was quick to point me towards some suitable mattress options in the showroom to try. He knew the details of each mattress off the back of his hand which made me feel well taken care of (especially because I had a ton of questions!). Notable as well is that Bedpost also has a 30-day trial to help with your decision-making, too. Once I made the purchase, the pick-up and inquiry process afterward was all seamless; the Bedpost team was always prompt in their responses and always did the best they could to assist. I would 10/10 recommend!”

“Helpful team. Knowledgable, good prices, are open to price matching but in my case they were actually the cheapest from when I looked. Heck, they didn't have to do sales talk at all they were just knowledgable answering my questions and I ended up upselling myself for a slightly better more pet-designed vacuum. “Totally Love the customer service at Mitre 10 Warkworth Today I went in to take back a radiant heater I purchased one month ago due to a major loss of heat. The whole team including the leading hand inspected the heater and found that it was faulty and had it replaced with a new one. The leading said , we got to make sure the customer is happy And I definitely am , Thank you Mitre10 Warkworth”
