“Totally Love the customer service at Mitre 10 Warkworth Today I went in to take back a radiant heater I purchased one month ago due to a major loss of heat. The whole team including the leading hand inspected the heater and found that it was faulty and had it replaced with a new one. “Wide variety of items available to fulfil home needs. From bedsheets to kitchen utensils, clocks, curtains, loose cloth to stitch your own clothes. The location is excellent. The store is huge. You will definitely find what you need for your home. The carpark has always some spots available for parking. They have introduced self checkouts as well but I would prefer for staff to serve purely due to size of items. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Lots of specials on items. Ensure you are a member of their club to avail the discounts. The entrance is welcoming and store is well presented.”

“We came to the Christchurch airport Bunnings store after having abysmal service (ie none) at the Tower Junction store. The service at the airport branch was really good, very helpful and attentive and we were able to find everything we needed. After purchasing a number of very large items for our outdoor lounge furniture, a young man helped my husband load the items onto the roof of our car and stayed to check everything was ok. We were impressed with the service here and would choose this store over others which are closer to us.”
