   Fantastic experience from start to finish. Great advice from Chris in Wellington. He helped me select the right product and explained why and how. This is advice I wouldn't have got if I had ordered boxes of flooring online or through a big box store. When I screwed up the colour order he called the distributor straight away and stopped the truck and got it corrected. Again this wouldn't happen at a big box store. Product arrived ahead of schedule but I mucked up again, and didn't pick up the underlay. Jenna in the Porirua store stayed back after hours to cut the underlay for me on a Saturday. Totally recommend Carpet Court, the price was little different from ordering online and the expert service saved me time, frustration and money.

   We had Rhino carpet installed about 3 yrs ago downstairs and wasn’t overly impressed with the customer service at the time but we wanted the same carpet for upstairs. Our experience this time with firstly Tod, was nothing but exceptional. Rick did a fantastic job of the installation. We look forward to many years of lush, stain resistant carpet! Thanks team

   Disgusting behaviour from new manager Wayne. Heard him Talking about women in derogatory ways and using abusive words. Utterly disgraceful behaviour. Completely unprofessional and would not recommend at all.

KLM laid the carpet and their service and professionalism was fantastic. Their 3 staff worked tirelessly all day, cleaned and vacumed our home before leaving. Cannot praise them enough. Highly recommend Tony and his team.
