“I have received numerous parcels using DHL from overseas. The communication from the global company is great. When it arrives in new Zealand their drivers and processing has always been amazing. Way better than NZ post or other couriers, whom seem to have parcels sitting in storage facilities then traveling around in vans for the day, only to return to the storage facility. DHL has proven a great service any time I've used them. If DHL New Zealand is letting you down, maybe that's a reflection on the New Zealand people and not the global company.”

“We accidentally left a mobile phone in the our Smart Cab's vehicle when we booked it last night. The driver was very helpful in helping us get the phone back, going above and beyond to assist us (even kindly offering to drive back out to our home to deliver it personally!) We can't speak highly enough of this guy and strongly recommend the service.”

“Got a newbie supplier from China, causing us desperate for the packages to be delivered on time. Until we found them couriered by Freightways Global (or First Global Logistics). 2 days later, we got the packages on hand with every progress update properly communicated. The guy's name was Johan by the way.”

“I previously posted a lengthy review to diffuse the negativity of the majority of the comments, but it seems to have disappeared. Those gremlins are everywhere. Recently the post shop was run by one woman, lovely, doing the best one woman can leading up to Christmas. The chemist was also run by one woman plus dispensing person. Run off their feet. I could feel the tension and their stress. Every time I visited I bought them a box of chocolates. The staff has now been increased, as well it needed. Nos gremlins stay away from my review.”

“Easy access to pick up a carded item. Staff were really nice and helpful both times. Parking spots available inside gates but I was able to get roadside parking right outside.”

“Collect your missed parcel here. Bring your 'missed delivery' card for smooth process. There are 2 staff at the reception, give them your card and they will scan it and bring your parcel. The room is pretty small and the waiting time can be long so I recommend you avoid the peak hours. Must have ID. Overall process was amazingly convenient. Lots of parking space.”
