Ordered express evening delivery and my parcel was taken to the wrong address and signed for by someone by the name “UNDELUVERED UNDELUVERED” being almost 10pm, there is no one to call until the next day at 8am. how do they keep delivering parcels to the wrong address? Why isn’t there a way to contact the driver or any staff? Incompetent and useless.
Worst couriers in all of New Zealand. Twice their driver has delivered a same day evening parcel to the wrong address. Clearly too lazy to read the letterbox to identify the correct number for the address. Then has a complete stranger with the wrong name sign for the package. Absolutely atrocious.
Air NZ used Pace to deliver my mishandled luggage after more than a week of trying with this airline, and in stark contrast Pace was great! the lady on the phone was friendly, and courteous, and I appreciated that she advised me on the phone that there will be a delay of 2 hours, and it has been a rainy day, but the driver will call me prior, so I was able to sit back and relax at home while waiting. The lady who delivered my mishandled luggage to my address in the pouring rain was also very friendly and professional, and came within the time stated. Overall, I am very satisfied with Pace’s delivery service, but the airline mentioned, not so much.
A subsidiary of NZ Post, so that should set off alarm bells already. They offer a "same-day evening express delivery service" between 6pm and 9pm. Silly me for assuming they'd actually be able to adhere to this, it is NZ Post after all. The order didn't arrive on the same day, it didn't arrive in the evening, and it most certainly was delivered "express". Clowns, jokers, thieves and liars. Bravo.
Pick-up and drop-off was on time. I am very grateful for Jade's help in arranging our delivery. It was initially hard to get the right information from NZPost couriers about the express service, but once booked with Pace went smoothly.
Pace helpfully confirmed they could transport my e-scooter from Auckland to Wellington with its Lithium-ion battery installed - then quoted me $764 for doing this!! Seriously?? Pace - at the very least it would have helped to have offered an explanation of the cost. Did it have to go via London or Paris maybe? Won't bother getting any further quotes from Pace - for anything.
Absolutely disgusting service. Paid for same day delivery and nothing arrived, checked the tracking and it said the parcel was delivered. After having rang, I was told that my parcel had not been delivered. The reason it had not been delivered is because my phone number was missing a digit on the parcel sticker and apparently, the delivery person cannot ring a doorbell unless it is written as a delivery instruction. The delivery person apparently also cannot ring the depot/sender/postal service to find out a full phone number if required. I was told that they could redeliver my parcel for me, but only if I paid for delivery again (which isn't cheap)! I am shocked that such service still exists in this modern day world where communication between buyer and sender and postal service is at a all time high. 0/10 would not recommend.
I have to put 1 star ... but this is a 0. Terrible service and delays. I was supposed to receive a parcel on a Tuesday, and did not get anything by the end of the week. No tracking code, no one to help you on the phone. Be careful if you need them for delivery. They are amateurs.
