   Got cut off this morning by one of these "reliable" drivers. Here's a screen grab of the incident, cabbie swerved across a solid white going over a cycle only lane, before almost hitting another cyclist that was trying to move out into the median to join the cycle lane. The other cyclist didn't expect to see a car coming from where this moron did which is fair enough. Monday morning at approximately 8:20am. I will never use your service and I will make sure that no one that I know ever does either.

   Driver took me on a much wider drive than was necessary from the city to East Tamaki. I have done this trip many times, and even in heavy morning traffic doesn't take more than about 45-50 minutes and around $80 max. This took over an hour, and $114! Other staff who had made a similar drive that morning agreed that I'd been ripped off!

   Wanted to do less than 1 stars. Worst manners and driving skills. One of your drivers was in front of us in Highbury last night, and not only did he drive very slowly (less than 20km/hr), he couldn't even turn properly at the round abouts. In addition, he kept going over the midline of the road, and when turning he was so slow that I had to honk at him to avoid getting hit by a car coming towards us. Worst part is, the driver started aggressively talking to us (I was with my dad), and started flashing his lights after we got out of the car. He even waited for us to come back to keep aggressively talking to us. I honestly thought he was drunk, until he got out of the car to keep harrassing us. Absolutely appalled.

   I had a terrible experience with Reliable Cabs. The taxi driver took me on a loop double the length of the normal route as it was apparently "faster" which it definitely wouldn't. A taxi that would normally cost around $15 cost $40. I emailed the director and he gave a poor excuse as to the overcharge and when I said I wanted to take it higher he never emailed back. I sent another email - no response.

   The WORST cab driver I have EVER had. I was not only charged over $27 to go less than a kilometer, but I was also late to an event due to this cab company. The cab driver took many pointless side streets, and missed the most important turn. Had to get out and walk over a kilometer in the rain. Unbelievable.
