Easy access to pick up a carded item. Staff were really nice and helpful both times. Parking spots available inside gates but I was able to get roadside parking right outside.
The worst. Have been waiting for my package for 4 days as i got a notification that my package was out for delivery but it never made it to me. On the day it was suppose to be delivered the driver did not even come up to my door to knock or even beeped to let me know they were here but instead just left a re delivery card. Fast forward to now 4 days I have not received my package which costed hard earned money for Christmas presents. Worst customer service ever called them up and even emailed them and all they can say is theyre “investigating this matter” . Do better NZ courier.
Worst courier service ever. Driver unable to understand instructions despite telling so many times and giving clear instructions to the team over 5 times. No other courier service had trouble understanding instructions. So frustrated and would never recommend to anyone. Would rate -100 if possible.
Worst service ever, I've been patient waiting for an urgent pickup from my house address since 22nd sept, and until today 3rd Oct noone has come to pick the parcel up. If my cost center will get charged will claim it on nz couriers for payments. Im calling everyday and quoting this so called reference number but can someone please attend to this asap. This is such a bad customer service id say. The ceo or his/her assistant could you kindly have a look into this. There must be some kinda social media team who looks into complaints section plz guys look into my matter. Thank.
Why do your couriers insist on parking in disability parking? Surely they have fully functional bodies that they don't need to take away this privilege from those that actually need that parking!
Absolutely bad service. The person delivering the item didn't even knock at the door and left the missed delivery card in the letter box. Saw the person through the camera and no attempt whatsoever to knock. It's as if he had already decided to leave this card in the letter box. Called their customer service but they had no idea when the driver will reach depot, no driver's contact number or anyone who could call the driver and they didn't even provide the Manukau branch's actual contact number since the one mentioned on Google is customer support number that is not for the depot.
worst courier service i have ever experienced, Try to avoid using NZC, very unreliable.
Parcel has sent to other branch without informed. Now i have do the courier job to get the parcel .
Paid for fast post. Package doesn't turn up after 5days . Turns out they sent it back to depo and it is then lost. They cannot find it , was not scanned at all except on pickup . Was only given this info when I called looking. Told I will hear back from them and still nothing. Will never use them aqain !!!!
