    My mis-delivered parcel has been missing for a week now. Every time I speak to the team they’re helpful but do not call back as promised and have still not managed to organise delivery.

    Terrible service took over a week for a small package Auckland to Wellington noone every use this even if it's your last option good name because they walk there parcels to the delivery location

    Husband waiting on car part which was urgent ,, driver took wrong route from Auckland to Tauranga ,, no clue how you could get that wrong and still waiting from this company after two weeks . Shocking logistics will be making sure when ordering stuff online the company don’t use these couriers

    If there were a zero-star option, I would choose it. The service is pathetic. I called numerous times to sort out my issue. Imagine if I hadn’t bothered to call themβ€”I would be waiting for my parcel forever. It was only when I called that they attempted to locate it. They contacted the delivery driver and informed me that it hadn’t been scanned. Dont use their service! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hi Tim, Thank you for your quick response, but unfortunately, I cannot say the same for your service. It might be worth reviewing your staff's performance, as many customers, including myself, seem to be experiencing the same issues. Someone is clearly not doing their job properly. I was told over the phone that my package would be delivered on Wednesday. How can such assurances be given without certainty?! The status of the parcel should have been checked immediately after making such promises. And how could a driver miss scanning undelivered packages?! Isn't that a fundamental part of the job?! I wouldn’t be raising this issue if the package wasn’t that important. This delay has compromised my business as I was expecting to receive it promptly. It’s now Thursday, and several days have passed since the expected delivery. You really need to consider removing or replacing some of your staff!

    Driving through Cornwall Park Sunday 6 August. White Qashqai emblazoned with Walker Logistics, reg # LRC702 has drivers door open fully completely blocking the lane - in very tight 2 way area. Lightly honk horn as traffic builds behind us and out comes an arm to close the door just a third. Person stuffing their face with food looks at us as if they're either drunk or drugged and proceeds to yell out to all and sundry to 'F..k Off'. Very poor reaction and really great advertising for the company. Well done on all accounts. Either the owner or the staff member has interesting past times and a highly established sense of entitlement.

    We ordered some parts on 25/07/23 around 11.59am and this courier company picked up the parts same day around 4.35pm and we were told by Continental Cars we would receive parts next day before 12pm but this company driver didn't bother to deliver our parts in his first delivery which has put us in a very difficult position as our customer needs his vehicle by 2.30pm and we still waiting for the parts to be delivered ??? This is how Competent and Careless couriers are, now a days. VERY SAD......that we have to face our customers frustration and anger because of Companies like these.?? DONT BE JUST A BIG NAME COMPANY>>>> try to KEEP UP WITH WHAT YOU GUYS SUPPOSE TO DO - ON TIME for others.!!!!!

    Truck driver does not know how to merge properly. Kept trying to not let us through with all the honking and revving of his vehicle. person might need defensive driving course.

    Purchased an expensive item from Auckland which was then shipped to Dunedin via Walker Logistics. It was meant to take 2-3 working days. On day 4 after dispatch I emailed them, to be told it would be with me the next day, the next day - today, it says its out for Delivery in Christchurch and on questioning this I am told it says Chirstchurch because this is where the depot is, and it will be delievered tomorrow before 8am! So.. it's not actually out for delivery then! Another day wasted/plans not made because waiting for this item So I have wasted days waiting for this item and bee majorly inconvenienced In the time frame it is has taken them to get it this far (6 days to get from Auckland to Dunedin) I have had parcels ordered, from Australia and the USA, be shipped, go through customs, and be delivered. Wouldn't be so bad if they had decent tracking, which actually told you what was happening, and didn't keep shifting the goal posts.
