   Terrible movers. Got 2 guys and a moving truck, sour faced and quiet. Had a go at me when I asked them not to drag our furniture across the WOODEN FLOOR as it was a rental and would make marks, I was a student at the time with my flatmate and it cost us $600 to move our things from Morningside to our new place just down the road in Mount Albert. Absolutely ridiculous. And yes this is the correct review for the correct company, I have checked the links and the contact people. Exact same people who we moved with.

   Arrived about 1hr late with no communication. Broke my dresser and damaged the wall of the old place. Complained about how heavy something was, have had the same item moved 3 other times with no issues. Will use a different company next time

   DO NOT use this company to send your luggage overseas - they claim the cheapest price, but fail to mention that the customs tax for receiving the parcel at the other end is NOT included. Communication was next to none, and I was offered no guidance in filling out the foreign customs forms (all in Spanish). They were almost impossible to get hold of, which considering it is their business to deal with international time zones is very poor. Further, the package which was guaranteed door-to-door in 5 days took 2 months to finally arrive. They offered no compensation. Oh yeah, and on the expected day of pick-up, they "forgot" to pick it up.

   They eventually turned up 2.5hours late and promptly handed me an invoice for a job they hadn't even started. I had been ringing their office all morning being told they were on their way NO! Two very young men arrived not two men with experience of moving. I have moved 14 times in my married life, 3 of which were to different countries and continents so I have a lot of experience of moving. I have never had so many breakages as we did this time! They had no respect for our belongings and just rushed at it to finish as quickly as possible. We have a wooden slatted bed and had asked if they would take it down and put it back together as the last ones had, we were assured they would by the office, they didn't have any tools and no idea how to do it so we had to do it ourselves. After a lot of emails and phone calls the office agreed to reduce the payment. Since we only moved 200 yards my husband had moved a lot of things while we waited for them. I could go on and on about how one of them never put his phone down, they rested our lounge furniture on the dirty ground no covers on it . Obviously I would NOT recommend this company to anyone.
