    This is the worst couriers company in the whole word , never use it you will get problems and it won’t be solved look att the reviews it’s only 2 stars be careful with your package folks

    Truly dreadful. I have an urban postcode, but NZ couriers deem it Rural so they can charge more money - no-one else does, not even NZ Post. I ordered a parcel that had to be delivered overnight as it had perishables. NZ couriers ignored it and left it to go off for 4 days in a depot 15 minutes from my 'Rural' address. Then they claim I cannot claim damages off them cos they don't have a policy for it. Unreliable - don't trust them. Even when correctly labelled they still can't get it right.

    I’m extremely disappointed with the service provided by NZ Couriers. I paid for same-day delivery for a perishable item, expecting it to arrive promptly and in good condition. Instead, the parcel was delivered TWO DAYS LATE, completely defeating the purpose of both the urgency and the nature of the contents. I respectfully raised the issue with the NZ Couriers delivery person upon arrival, but he became belligerent and dismissive, simply shrugging it off and saying β€œGo to the sender” β€” despite it being very clear that the failure was on NZ Couriers’ part, not the sender's. Interestingly , the sender said its an ongoing issue when sending parcels to Auckland. Sending to other parts of the country meets delivery and time expectations. There was no meaningful tracking update, no apology, and absolutely no accountability. This level of service is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying a premium for reliable, time-sensitive delivery. I expected far better from a national courier service. Would not recommend NZ Couriers for anything remotely urgent or valuable.

    Pam was the most useless customer service rep who just didn't give a damn. I ordered cleaning products from Crackerjack for delivery and they are classed as dangerous goods. Should have communicated that from the beginning and I would not have wasted my time ordering them for delivery if that was the case.

    Will never use nZ courier. Will ask senders not to use as well. So disappointed with their service and system. My parcel has been damaged. Another one has been delayed for a month. Delivered from north shore to West aucklnd takes 5 working days... etc. Never get a update from website What is the point about their tracking number. Useless. How Does this company survive.

    Terrible service, placed an authority to leave as it was important, They still didn’t leave my parcel. Next trying to get it redelivered for Saturday, no such thing available. Not to mention the automated phone message service is way to long before you actually reach options for what I actually needed. Couldn’t do it online because the site wasn’t loading. Overall extremely stressful situation. Positive note Monday afternoon delivery man in his Nissan xtrail was polite and cheerful

    Took over a week and a half for the courier to get to my house yet we're both based in Auckland. Eventually got it but I appreciate the email notifying me of the courier making my parcel a priority.

    Most FRUSTRATING courier company. Website is a nightmare. If you want to query a parcel you have to fill in almost where the product was made - the tracking number should tell you what you need??? Cannot determine the schedule of a courier easily (unlike with Aramex where it is very clear who is delivering your parcel) WILL NEVER use NZ Couriers.

    Consistently incredibly slow delivery, almost always have to follow up to query the parcel. It shouldn't take nearly two weeks to deliver a parcel from Central Auckland. I wish this was a one off, but I've never had a prompt delivery. I always attempt to avoid shopping online with any shop that uses NZ Couriers as their delivery partner due to their inability to deliver in any sort of reasonable time frame.
