   I gave two stars because we did receive the product in good condition. The service provide by their subcontractor, Bascik Transport, in Christchurch was exceedingly poor...the driver dropped the consignment at our laundry door after it would not fit through, told me to unpack it before taking it inside and walked away with the pallet truck... without another word, and then drove off. Leaving our laundry door and fire escape route blocked. If it was my choice I'd never use them

   They don't actually go to the door or even the letter box. Home sick all day with my super alert German Shepherd who hears and alerts to everything and got a "you weren't home to receive this" email, called and complained, told driver would come back....no show. Totally fraudulent. My guess is that they never even tried to deliver

   I have received numerous parcels using DHL from overseas. The communication from the global company is great. When it arrives in new Zealand their drivers and processing has always been amazing. Way better than NZ post or other couriers, whom seem to have parcels sitting in storage facilities then traveling around in vans for the day, only to return to the storage facility. DHL has proven a great service any time I've used them. If DHL New Zealand is letting you down, maybe that's a reflection on the New Zealand people and not the global company.

   Ridiculous service! Driver knocked once only and left in a hurry. We called DHL and they promised delivery the next day. Stayed home entire day at the door - no show!!!

   This company is completely disgusting and even the customer service team especially the Team Members Mona Kolofoua and Beth Hunter these two ladies need to be retrained again they don't know how to talk with the customers. We are waiting for our parcel for the last 3.5 weeks but still no update every time we contact them they just say the waiting time is 24 to 48 hours and even in that time frame they don't have the exact solution. Even though we have requested their supervisor to call we never received their call as well.

   Completely unprofessional company. DHL courier picked a parcel from us, and instead of delivering it overseas, they returned it to us by NZ POST! On the day when the parcel should be delivered to its destination.

   I really don't know how DHL got to be so large. They are completely useless if I could give them no stars I would. I have been trying to return an item with a pre printed DHL express label for 3 months. They do not have details to contact them on their Web site or any details of how to send an item. They can't find the label or the company (starlink! ) In their nz system and don't do pickup where I live. It seems the only way to get rid of it is to take it Wellington and to the DHL office at the airport. What sort of customer experience is that! Brick Bat DHL.

   Really bad delivery company. Nobody knock on the door just leave paper. If u want use pick up by yourself and think that it will be more easy and quick... U are fond that they use NZ Post for delivery package to the pick up place. Which means delay about two three days.
