   Got a newbie supplier from China, causing us desperate for the packages to be delivered on time. Until we found them couriered by Freightways Global (or First Global Logistics). 2 days later, we got the packages on hand with every progress update properly communicated. The guy's name was Johan by the way.

   What a horrible service just a simple online purchase and need to clear the custom, took 1-2 weeks just to send a couple of emails and still no clearance no visibility, no delivery of course. And they just ignore your response or feedback, unbelievable horrific service, avoid them if you can.

   Pity I can't leave a Naught star review... Freight ways Global are absolutely hopeless and useless at being "Custom Brokers." Communication is shocking. They seem to be helpful.. when in reality they are doing nothing and nothing is happening with your parcel, and to make it worse they completely ghost you and provide no response when you seek clarity in multiple emails. I waited over 2 months for "something" to happen, zero communication from the customs team. Gave up on it and processed a refund from the supplier, then my parcel arrives the following week! For Frick sake!! Then.. almost a week later an email arrives in my inbox from one of the customs team at Freightways Global "your parcel is still being held by MPI" The utter disconnect is unbelievable... AVOID this company at all cost, don't waste your time!

   Temu used NZ Couriers who were dot on time and very efficient! Please donot use Post Haste. They open parcels and repack them on their own bags..don't understand why. And they deliver parcrls to wrong addresses although the address is correctly indicated on the parcel. In my case 2 parcels were delivered to 2 different addresses although parcels had correct addresses. On Temu website...it says NZ Post as courier services.

   Pro bars has just started importing product from Australia and also USA, we didn't know where to start, then we spoke to Steve. Steve Norris is absolutely fantastic. He's helped so much with his importing/freight knowledge. 10/10 recommend. First Global Logistics, hold on to him he's a valuable asset to your team !

   Temu is saving money to use first global logistics then it took post haste 8 days to deliver my parcel. NZ post used to be great. Please don't use post haste again. They are ridiculous. I would give a negative star if I could. It's horrible. I complained to temu. But I guess they signed up a cheap contract with post haste. To be honest post haste should not operate as a courier. The service is not up to NZ standard. Temu customer can't sit at home for 10 days waiting for a parcel. We have personal lives.

   Reasonable customs time, my only complaint is with post haste. I don't know if it's possible for you to contract with someone else but their service and time is terrible, please erge them or something it's getting ridiculous. I'm sure you guys are a good company I just would not recommend due to post haste.
