    I had to plan around a delivery and stay home to be available when the delivery person arrived, only to see that they came to the gate, took some pictures of the closed gate, and were not inclined to use my contact details on the slip to check if I could open the secure gate for them. This happened twice this week. I will need to try to organise getting the parcel picked up myself another day. Not cool guys.

    ePost Global tracking messages for my parcel to be delivered in New Zealand by NZ Couriers were backdated. This is breach of Fair Trading Act, choose better partners next time.

    Had to pick-up due to NZ Courers sticker had changed my address from 1/27 to 1-5 27,we have 5 flats where i live, & it was a signature parcel. They need to change this imediately, so traders don't get blamed.

    God awful. Tried for days to get a package delivered but they didn’t pick it up at all! The driver kept ignoring my delivery requests and customer service’s attempts at contacting them. Whenever I tried to ask where the driver is they kept making false promises of sending a driver asap and by the time the delivery driver actually arrived (+24 hours from original delivery timeframe) the package was lost, possible taken by someone. Missed an important opportunity because of these people, and now my personal documents are in hands of god knows who?? Customer service just parroted the same excuse every call, β€œI’m sorry. We’ll send someone over”. It would be faster and more convenient to walk there yourself, no matter where the destination. If you can’t do it, don’t give people false hope.

    Unreliable service. I would never use them again for anything important. Called two days in advance to book a collection that had to be picked up on a specific day and send to a lab in another city overnight. That morning, I called again to confirm and was assured the driver was coming in the morning. When I arrived home in the late afternoon, the parcel still hadn't been collected. I called and was told to wait another hour. An hour later, still no driver and this time I was told no one would be able to come that day. My options were now to pay extra to have it delivered via same-day service the next day or drive across town to get it to their office in Panmure.

    No attempt at delivery. No card left. No tracking updated on website. Only found that it was being delivered through a third party website that gave more information than their own and calling them to confirm it was with them.

    Poor service today was important delivery and courier person left miss delivery card without trying to delivery the item. I front of our eyes he came shameless put card rather than knocking and we mistook it as delivery so didn't intervene but realize his hideous act when checked the delivery it was missed delivery card instead of important pakage.

    Late delivery, always leaves by the letterbox so someone can steal it. No sign. Will raise a formal complaint with head office as I know people there. Absolutely rubbish company.
