   While I appreciate the effort of the delivery staff, I'm concerned about the condition of the lawn - is it necessary for the vehicle to drive over and damage the grass like this?

   The reception staff was very friendly and helped me find the package. The international package delivery failed because there was nobody at home. The delivery person attempted to deliver it twice on the same day, but no one was available. Later, I checked the package status on NZ POST's website, and a lady called me to inform me of the package's location. So, I went to the place and picked it up. Please note that this post office only opens before noon, so be mindful of the time when you go there.

   Reception staff was wonderful. After failing to deliver a parcel due to an inexperienced driver, and having a conversation with a very rude and unhelpful lady at the call center, going to this local depot and talking with the staff directly solved the issue straight away. Kind of sucks I had to go out of my way, and their business hours aren't great, but if you find yourself dealing with reception - they're fine. Managed to go out back and find the parcel.

   I would give no stars if possible. Despite multiple attempts to contact them by NZ Post to redirect a parcel, they have not responded to any follow up. Unable to collect during working hours. Unable to contact them directly (never answer the phone).

   Thank you for great delivery service. My parcels are always delivered in a timely manner and always placed in a secure place. I would like to thank the delivery agent on the College Road route who services the older housing area of that road. Your delivery agents deserve credit for the great customer service they provide in jobs that aren’t easy being all weather and very physical. Please pass on my thanks.

   NZ post's website said this post shop was open, but when I went to collect my package no one there. Rang NZ post and they said should be open and tried to contact them with no reply. Couldn't be bothered opening i guess? Also different to find entrance. Very poor...
