   Worst taxi company. Can never be on time and takes excessive bookings but can’t complete tasks. If I was to give a rating it will have to be -1 not 1.

   One of your drivers at cape kill pukekohe in a white Toyota Prius pulled out on me (Indian person with a black turban and a beard) pulls out at the round about and nearly stops in the middle I’m on a motorcycle and my rear wheel lifts to stop the breaks. I was inches from hitting him and I’m here to report a claim. For people under urban link to help for acc you sure are good at bringing in customers. I’m pissed. You almost got me sent to the hospital. If I braked any later, god knows what would of happened!!! Hope you figure out who he is (I was a K and H) in his licence plate he drove off after I told him off.

   Terrible experience, never turns up when booked. Pro tip: If you have the misfortune of using them for ACC, when they mess up, ask for the Booking Assist team. This is the escalation team who knows what to do, and will sort it out.

   Driver with Number plate MNF949 cut me off after he realised last second he was in the wrong lane causing me to slam on my brakes. I then threw my hands up in protest and the driver pulled the finger. Great look on the company

   I pre-booked a taxi due to an ACC-covered ankle injury, but it arrived 1 hour 25 minutes late. I received a text about the delay only after 30 minutes. I called them multiple times to find out if the taxi was coming, each time left on hold for 10–15 minutes. Eventually, they said no taxis were available in the area—exactly why I had pre-booked. By the time the taxi came, I was sick from standing in the cold, my ankle was badly swollen, and I couldn’t move the next day. AND I missed a medical appointment and the things I had planned after that.
