It's NZ Couriers, what more is there to know. It's a large depot where you can collect or drop off packages. It seems efficient and the person was pleasant.
Very poor and behind system. Old, Unresponsive and rigidγthey deliver to a wrong address. I have to visit the wrong address for my courier. Guess what? They drop it to wrong addressβ neighbor. An Error top on an error. Perfect job!
Easily the worst courier company Iβve had the misfortune to deal with and I use them all. I have one of THEIR OWN authority to leave tags on my property but they still fail to leave packages and leave a call card instead. I spoke to them about this and they assured me they would sort it out so it doesnβt happen again. Nopeβ¦they still canβt get it together to complete the simple task of taking a box from Rosedale to Howick. I end up having to make multiple calls to them and then picking up my package from their depot, costing me precious time and money. Absolutely useless!! In comparison DHL consistently delivers to me from Melbourne Australia in under 24 hours, with live updates along the way.
Very bad experience, a lot of the time they have been mixing parcel sending to the wrong people. When something goes wrong either the parcel got lost or damaged it takes them ages to sort out at least 2 months. And of course you have to chase them all the time I have been chasing for a month before I can get a claim in. I also had an experience where they can't find a parcel ,I asked to return to me and the parcel come back to me after 3 months randomly. I wonder how many places has my parcel reached to.
HORRIBLE SERVICE, they couldnβt locate one small parcel. I kept calling and spoke to 5 different representatives still no results. It is a nightmare to deal with this company. I recommend to choose any other courier delivery company than this.
If there was a choice here not to give even 1 star! This is the slowest courier company I have ever dealt with in more than 2 occasions, parcel seems to be stagnant for 2-3 days in their east tamaki branch. Customer representatives in Auckland are not helpful at all and poor customer service.
Their staff didnt knew what was going on in their office. Wasted alot of my time making me run from nz couriers office to posthaste office.

One of the worst service provider have lost my two packages my package has picked up 8 days ago still no update nothing at all
parcel has not moved since being scanned into the depot. i am in the south waikato and had selected shipping that would be 1-2 working days, has been a week and no sign of it even moving into being in transit from east tamaki. rang the people who i bought from - they said they couldnt do anything. rang these people who claimed to be putting in a query but nothing has happened with that either. very slow service, if the parcel ever even moves.
