   Great bunch to deal with for our daughters 10th birthday, all 8 pizzas and 2 garlic breads were perfect and added to the great atmosphere at Parakai Spings , we only got the basics but $75 well spent , Thanks Domino's Helensville!

   Great service. I made a large order the night before to have it delivered the following day and it was executed well. The delivery almost went to the wrong address but once I called, it was rectified immediately with no issues. Food arrived hot and well made.

   The service at this particular Dominoes is top notch. One of the workers Sourabh was very helpful and patient when I ordered food and the pizzas he made were delicious. It was right on closing time and he worked over the closure time to cook me a feed. The Man! Thanks Sourabh!!!

   Was excited for Dominos to come to Helensville. Had it once, won't be back. Their prices are higher than every other Dominos, and don't run any of the specials that all the others seem to have (50% off, BoGo). I'll stick with Kumeu or Orewa which are convenient when out and about anyway.

   So bad. I Ordered delivery and paid an extra fee for eftpos but the guy turned up with cash and change for the fee taken off so paid that fee for no eftpos? For no reason, and told me to go into store to get the refund?! Which the whole point of delivery was not going into store?? Not very good service. Also I’ve had peri peri pizza turn up with no peri peri sauce on it too which defeats the purpose of the pizza flavour.

   Worst Domino's I've ever had, definitely won't ever be back! Pizza had nothing on it, was basically just sauce. Ordered online and waited in the car for 10mins only to be ignored in the store for another 10mins and then had to ask someone who had just started their shift how much longer I was going to waiting for for the order. By the time she found out from one of the other people in the store and gave me the order it was bloody stone cold which I didn't realise until getting home. Don't recommend at all, service is useless and the quality of the food was worst than buying a supermarket pizza!!

   Pizza was really yum, however, I dont understand why this store is so much more expensive than other Dominos stores. Also the deals I am emailed never work with this store and it seems a shame as I would order more often if the pricing was more in line with the other Dominos stores

   Easily one of the worst experiences I've had with Domino's hands down. After ordering pick up on the app and getting no notification, I checked my account to make sure the money had come out (it had) so I waited 20mins and drove down to the shop. Here I was told that the order never came through and I must have ordered something they don't have which is why the order never went through, as frustrating as that was they assured me the money would just go back in my account overnight and I would need to order in store, I started to place my order and was informed I couldn't get the same deal and would have to pay more as I was ordering in store, it wad at this point I left and went to the pizza shop down the road. The woman working was just plain rude and said it happens all the time as if that were an excuse. Definitely do not recommend Helensville Domino's, it's much more expensive than other Domino's and the customer service is non existent.
