“Yay! It’s great to arrive at Auckland International Airport in New Zealand and find food you love right away, especially when you’re tired after a day and night of travel. Immediately upon exiting the international arrivals area, you’ll find this popular, relaxed, casual spot to grab a small quiche, a muffin or chia pudding. They offer soy, almond, coconut and oat milk for coffee drinks. They don’t make their drinks too sweet. You’ll find recyclable utensils and straws. Service is accurate, efficient and friendly. And they sell alkaline water in plant based reusable bottles. My tummy enjoyed the kombucha with ginger and turmeric. Way to go!”

“Went into Pascoes to look at a few rings, thinking I knew exactly what I wanted but was shown so many more options than I had seen previously! Pichaya was amazing and was so so patient, letting me try on rings over and over and over again. Pichaya’s smile was so inviting and made me feel comfortable to ask questions and really take my time to purchase what I truly wanted. Ended up leaving with 2 rings that are wonderful and I can’t wait to wear mine:)”

“Geddes Automotive; one of the most reliable in Auckland While visiting Onehunga mall, I heard a loud noise from the engine bay of my BMW 320i, so I decided to stop at the first garage I saw on Selwyn St. Peter identified the noise as coming from the radiator fan, which had deteriorated and sprayed metal particles all over the engine. He quoted up to $1000 to replace the whole fan module, so I left the car with him. When I arrived home, I read some very negative Google feedback about the garage, which scared me. I spent the following days wondering if I should take the car back. I checked with BMW, made quotes for the parts and even went to check on the work in progress. Turns out I didn’t need to be worried. They were professional and knew what they were doing. When the car was ready, I got an invoice for $700, not only under the $1000 quoted, but a quarter of what it would have cost me at BMW. He also identified a noise from the water pump, which I had known of for about a year. This was quoted at the time by Midas in the city as a $1500 job so I didn’t do anything. I asked Peter to quote for a new water pump. I picked up the car from Geddes with a new water pump fitted the same day for $600. Not $1500. Here we go. All your scary Google feedback turned out to be wrong. Thank you Peter and Allen. You made friends for life.”

“We were disappointed by the lack of communication by the first installation team - we had some minor issues that needed resolving and a return visit by the techs. Abi from customer service has a tough job (I don't envy her!), but she replied to all my emails and questions and did her best to help us out with our problem. For this, we are very grateful - thank you Abi. After a 6 weeks (don't expect anything in a hurry!), a second team came to solve the issue - they were fantastic, apologetic and were very professional and courteous. I can see why others would leave a low star rating, mostly from a lapse in communication and time - but for us, JFB have been great. Thank you for coming back and resolving our issue JFB. You will have our business again in the future.”
