A very superb experience with Assistance manager Heidi She guided us choose the correct car seats and had patience coming along with us to the car making sure we were putting the seats accordingly Highly recommended !!!
Very bad experience at this store. My wife and child went in just to look at clothes, and my little one accidentally dropped a few items. Instead of handling it politely, the staff member came over and rudely said “why did you do this, why did you throw the clothes?” That’s not the way to treat customers, especially families with kids. The staff here are extremely rude and unprofessional. If this store really wants to survive, they must change their whole team and bring in people who actually know how to provide good customer service. Definitely not recommended.
Highly recommended this store in Manukau, I was attended by Heidi and she is assistant manager there, she helped us to find the right product, she is amazing. We bought baby cot and mattress plus bedsheets and guide us very politely and professionally.
The worst experience every time I go to this store . Customer service people are rude no smile no greeting . Please do there training and one more thingy toddler was trying the ride and this lady rudely said no ride please . First of all you are a toy store and you are showcasing the toy ride and you want toddler not to touch please put them on boxes . My daughter had worst breakdown because this lady . Not going back .
They Don’t even deserve any stars from the customer because they don’t help at all with anything, i went yesterday there and the white lady with glasses and short hair have worst attitude, I bought bassinet for baby and she charged me full price which was$249 the product was on promotion she denied and was rude and throwing things to me not even helping with anything. I came home and checked online the same product was on special which was $169. I called them todays early morning and still they told me you took expensive one so wasn’t on special again and not even try checking online. I thought she is the manager if she is the manager she better know what is the customer service and how to Deal with the people. I highly recommend not to go there for anything, because that lady even not deserves a job there. I went Takanini store the lady helped alot and Fixed it for me

Absolutely disgusting service. Went into this store around 2-3pm yesterday (28/5/23) to inquire about returning a stroller that I purchased, I haven't opened the box at all. Spoke to a lady at the counter and she was very lovely but because it was a return/exchange she referred me to her 2IC. Her 2IC came out, European lady, short with short hair, came straight to me and did not let me speak at all. I was trying to explain my situation to her but she just kept cutting me off and said "yeah I know my staff just told me your story" and wouldn't allow a word out of my mouth. I had a long day and I'm currently pregnant and was exhausted, so I didn't have the energy to deal with her pathetic attitude so I walked straight out. Otherwise I would've called it out with her. Very rude and made me wonder how she is even a 2IC. Take the time to listen to your customers and put a smile on your faces omg. Do better next time
Good customer service… great sale most of the time with clothing items. Would be great to have sale on other items esp bedding. Just a feedback please get some new clothes design; my sister purchased clothes for her daughter when she was newborn now she is 3 years old and you guys still selling the same clothes. Not knowing I bought the same thing for my baby girl.
Brought a car seat and a pram for my infant. When asked one of the saleswoman about the options and which one is better and more comfortable, she rudely replied- the babies would know, see she never tried it. Still dont know which ones better because she didn't contribute. Had to check online for better decision. I think there could be a better reply if you are serious salesperson.
Had such a great experience at Baby Factory in Manukau today. My local is Botany but I have never had a good experience there so thought I would give another store a go. Was very impressed with how helpful and friendly the staff were- Leslie and Heidi were who I dealt with. I would highly recommend this store and for a slightly further drive from my local, I will definitely be returning to Manukau over any other store. It's difficult to find good customer service these days.
