We were disappointed by the lack of communication by the first installation team - we had some minor issues that needed resolving and a return visit by the techs. Abi from customer service has a tough job (I don't envy her!), but she replied to all my emails and questions and did her best to help us out with our problem. For this, we are very grateful - thank you Abi. After a 6 weeks (don't expect anything in a hurry!), a second team came to solve the issue - they were fantastic, apologetic and were very professional and courteous. I can see why others would leave a low star rating, mostly from a lapse in communication and time - but for us, JFB have been great. Thank you for coming back and resolving our issue JFB. You will have our business again in the future.

I have had nothing but grief from both of my Asko ovens since I got them, I would not recommend this brand. I believe JFB are the distributors in NZ so may push you to buy one. Even in the two years during the warranty they both broke down. They have been back a few times to repair them and charged me a fortune and they haven't been very supportive. My oven has broken down once again and I am calling in someone else to repair it. Piece of rubbish, stick with brands you know.

My dealings with Jones family business have been nothing short of abysmal. It is coming up to 8 months since I started my quest with them to look at the holes in my oven (rust)After months of emails a service man turned up and agreed there was a problem. He recommended not to use the oven from a safety perspective. This was overruled by a person in an office who said it was fine to use, contradicting what their technician said. The oven is Smeg brand and it was not cheap I bought it to replace the one I previously bought from Kitchen things which also rotted out after 2 years! The staff at Kitchen things and the technician were all good. Apart from losing all my paperwork from over the years I have dealt with them.(citing different owners) The oven was around 6 years old when I asked for a replacement Applico said it was too old but in good faith would supply a new liner it would take 3-4 months to arrive. After enquiring where it was after 6 months the Applico person after several emails back and forth decided that he was closing the case! This has got to be the worst experience in customer care I have ever had.

Terrible service and appalling customer care & communication. We needed a simple drain hose replacement on our Asko dishwasher. We established the part required prior to the service visit. Booking date & time was messed up by admin staff. Once technician finally arrived, swapped the hose and left. Forgot however to replace the sealant ring and the dishwasher stopped working due to internal leakage. I was promised to get this fixed the following week, received a text message instead saying the ring has been ordered and will arrive in 12 weeks. No communication received since then and it is impossible to get hold of anyone over the phone. Messages are not being returned. This company should not be licenced to service quality appliances.

I definitely recommend this company if you value great service. I ordered an Asko oven part through Christene on Monday morning. She double checked to confirm that the part was definitely in stock, invoiced me later that morning , I paid and the part was at our doorstep at about 9.00 the next morning. Outstanding.

Iād highly recommend the Jones Family Business. We have a Smeg dishwasher that had several parts fail simultaneously (the various parts of the upper spray mechanism). The process of ordering the parts via their website was super easy and the helpful service team rang me back immediately to confirm they had everything in stock and would send them the next day. The parts were all genuine Smeg and fitted perfectly. Great service!

It's unfortunate this company (and their "partner" company Applico) are the authorised importers/dealers for many brands. Because their communication and internal processes are absolutely atrocious and disrespectful to the customers. Not to mention the "service technicians" managed to damage my property and since the oven has finally been repaired I've heard nothing. My only recommendation is people avoid this organisation. And before their Customer Service bot pretends to be concerned about this feedback and ask me to email them. I'm not going to, you had your chances over the last 12 weeks and have continually failed.
