   Do NOT place orders here via UberEats! The staff do not use the delivery device accurately and require more training (poor management.) I placed an order via the app, and noticed that one of the items was out of stock and automatically replaced with something totally different, without running the option past me in the app. No message, no notification, nothing. As soon as I saw this (in real time) I called the store. After 20+ call attempts and continuously being hung up on, he finally picked up the phone. He said that the app doesn’t give them the option of checking in with me (the customer) whether I was happy to accept the recommended replacement item or alternatively prefer a refund -which is either a lie, or he didn’t understand how to use the service properly. Either way, I am left with an item that I didn’t want -and was charged extra for, as it’s more expensive than the thing I actually wanted. The horrific reviews at this store are valid, and likely comes down to weak management. Won’t bother reading the generic auto response.

   Yesterday night I was visited your store for my uber eats pickup (Ben & Jerry) ice cream but your staff behaved me with too rude and don’t provide me a uber bag for a carry my order Too bad service ( Tuesday night )

   As an avid consumer of coffee, Night 'n Day do the best flat white I've ever had, and for that they get 5 stars. They should really consider making an espresso grind for the Helova Coffee. I see the plunger grind and beans in their stores but not an espresso grind.

   Staff professionalism too low my partner was picking up uber order and one customer without any reason asked what are you looking at she replied but customer was still asking staff didnt intervened and behaved same asking her what uber rude staff and staff while preparing order was using phone and been busy havent said thank you in reply.

   Poor customer service. They just received their milk delivery as I arrived but lady behind counter said I had to buy the last bottle in fridge. It only had 2 days left on its best before date. Our milk lasts a week at work so no good to me. Will not stop there again.

   Was a petrol station that had low prices in recent years i don't stop here unless i have too as the petrol prices are not low .The station has specials on confectionery which is tempting nice pastries pies
