Went into Pascoes to look at a few rings, thinking I knew exactly what I wanted but was shown so many more options than I had seen previously! Pichaya was amazing and was so so patient, letting me try on rings over and over and over again. Pichayaβs smile was so inviting and made me feel comfortable to ask questions and really take my time to purchase what I truly wanted. Ended up leaving with 2 rings that are wonderful and I canβt wait to wear mine:)

Worst service ever !!!! Go anywhere else . They refused to pull out silver earrings which the highest value was $60 for goodness sake β¦ not gold Love the ones I went and got from Michael hill , and they have been robbed so get they are cautious but happily pulled out a tray for me

Worse pascoes store out. Don't bother trying to find love ones a gift or advice and support on jewelry. I/we spoke to a woman names Abby and she was useless!! To the point I wandered how she is even working there. She knew little to nothing about certain rings we were wanting to pick out. Silver rings displayed were yellow - such a let down.They dont showcase their sale items also making it difficult to compare - you'll have to do your homework and have screenshots - ridiculous. She tried ripping us off on a sale item for its original price . It was stressful and that's the 3rd time we've dealt with that branch. we will be avoiding tht branch all together from now on.

Went to make a purchase and tried to get the attention of a young islander lady several times and she made eye contact but I was completely ignored. Continued to walk past several times and wouldnβt acknowledge me or despite several attempts to talk so I could look at some products in the shelving. Not the first time it has happened here , disappointed staff never change their attitude. Job isnβt very hard considering you donβt have to actually do anything.

Sadly I've have a mixed review on my experience, 5 star- Starting with the better part.... today the wonderful Vika was a superstar with top notch customer service, she will definitely go far with the right support, I could not fault her approach. For future purchases she will be my go to. Friendly, honest, knowledgeable. Thank you Vika 1 star -Secondly I can't understand why there is only one manager or staff member who can assist with returns or exchanges we went 3x and each time the manager wasn't on shift and no one could assist due to head office policy only allowing a manager to make these decisions. There should ALWAYS be someone who can assist with some discretion. It truly makes no sense to leave your staff to deal with unhappy customers, and all they can say is the manger doesn't work today, the manager is finished for the day, the manager doesn't work late night. Come on.... Maybe give Vika some more responsibility she will be amazing!

Purchased my wedding ring from here and they gave me the wrong size, almost lost it after only wearing it for 1day. Took it back after 48 hrs and they charged me to resize it. No sorry no nothing. Would highly recommend going somewhere else where they take a bit more care.

Wanted to buy a gift for granny but did not. Wasn't happy with the terrible cold customer service of the sales girl. It all comes down to the customer service we receive before customers decide to buy the items! This company seriously need to replace the cold incompetent sales team in Lynnmall branch!

Worst costumer service ever! Wanted to exchange a watch my husband bought a week ago, did not wear it, showed to me on the day, and we decided to go for a different colour. Took the watch back, and the shop attendant and ?20 years old "manager", examined the watch and said it has scratches and that he believes that it has been worn "more than two days". Scratches that I could not see. My husband, basically put the watch on to showed it to me, and that was it!. Despite having a 14 day return policy, they declined to exchange the watch. Very disappointing customer service, obviously they have no interest on keeping costumers, never going back there!

Probably the worst customer service I've ever experienced. I stood there looking at the earrings for a while. In ANY retail store an employee would approach you to ask if you needed help with anything. Three of them were huddled behind the register talking away without a care in the world. Why not help the customer infront of you and then get back to your little gossip session? Luckily the guy was nice enough to ask if I needed help with anything. He's the only employee with proper customer service capabilities. Improve your employee training Pascoes.

I was there to buy some necklaces for my 3 daughter- in- laws for Christmas. I was standing there in the shop the guy was just arranging rings inside the display case. He saw me standing there for about 5 minutes, but it seemed I was invisible. The other saleswoman was talking to two girls who did not even buy anything. I approached the man and I asked him if they are serving people like me. He said, oh yeah what do you need? That was it, I said thank you anyway, left and went to the opposite jewellery shop. I was treated there nicely by a young man who was polite and gracious, who made me feel like a valued customer. I do not recommend this Pascoes branch in New Lynn. I always respect customer service people but these staff in Pascoes , New Lynn, I believe that they are not really there to sell by being helpful but just for the sake of having a job. Maybe they need to be in the back room for they are not suited to be your front staff. My recommendation is you hire better people who are good if not best with customer relations.
