   Just to challenge the one star reviews, they are an incredibly busy dispensary often having several technicians and 3-4 Pharmacists and the head pharmacist told me they are really under staffed. If you want instant perfect service pay for your scripts somewhere else. As for the person of colour comment - there two security guards, only one works at a time and they are people of colour... As for the dispensing, I have a chronic illness which means I have to visit them once a day, its been 30days and I am served the moment I ring the bell and they smile ask me how I am. Excellent service. Kate is awesome, so is Louis. So like I said I'd you want free meds be prepared to wait a bit, or go and pay. Thanks everyone on the dispensery team. Your awesome. The security are lovely. Even when the beeper goes the just wave people away as they see they have a bag and reciept. Kmart check every reciept. Nobody complains. They have the right to check any bag at CW and they don't. Also under the consumer guarantees act they cannot take back any supplements once they have left the store. It's Law, all items are temperature controlled and sorry they can't guarantee it hasn't been left in a hot car making the product no longer effective. Is that a product you would want to buy. Returned stock? Didn't think so... Thanks CW your awesome. Daniel Tiehuis

   Don’t bother getting your scripts sent here honestly. Every single time I get my doctor to send my scripts to this CW there is an issue. I will wait 2 days sometimes for a confirmation text before I give up and go in anyway and they always have some excuse as to why my script isn’t in their system. There have been times I’ve had to call my doctor and put him on speaker to confirm the script has been sent to their inbox. Today my doctor sent my script through before 8am, I got to the chemist at 8pm and they said they haven’t received it. I showed them the email from my doctor confirming it had been sent and the guy just shrugged, cheers mate. Emailed my doctor and he confirmed with me AGAIN that it had been sent to them. Honestly, had enough of this place

   I tried to take a faulty bath brush back that had fallen apart before I even used it - the bath brush has a hanging string so should hang up without the head falling off. I took it back to Chemist Warehouse expecting to get a refund under the Consumer Guarantee Act. I was very disappointed that they refused the refund, so I'll escalate further and see how I go. After being a long term loyal customer with Chemist Warehouse I was very disappointed with their response.

   Staff at prescription desk are awesome, had to go daily for special medicine, and rather enjoyed getting to know the pharmacists there. Going to miss them. Place is open till 9pm every night which is convenient. Stuff is cheapest you can get.

   Love this store. Very conveniently located inside the Westfield Newmarket mall. Near the parking area. Walking distance from the train and bus stations. Well organised with lots of product choices; helpful professional staff are always on hand to assist customers. Highly recommended. My first choice for my meds, perfumes and other personal stuff.

   Horrible service from the young female supervisor! She's got no idea of customer service and put up a long face, almost like I own her. It's clear their management is a big problem if they've chosen so disgusting a person to 'supervise'. 'Supervise' others to be rude, mean, or not helpful? Not surprising this store has such a low rating.

   Fantastic selection here. Always busy, lotsa people . Prices are reasonable. Some good finds and offers when you look hard enough. Staff are very helpful esp the people at the counter.

   Seems like a lousy place to be during peak shopping mall hours. I can’t seem to find a single staff member that actually knows exactly where anything is, but I can’t blame them. Your supervisor or manager is never in sight and hasn’t trained their staff and probably won’t ever. This store deserves the 1-star review. Also, while you’re at it, fix your air conditioning. During the summer, everyone sweats in there and it smells gross

   I came today to buy medicines. I asked the staff for ZIP while showing her the code on my phone. She suddenly said ‘just follow the instruction on the screen!’. Told her that’s why I am showing her the code. She then asked me for the card of zip. I told her does zip has card? And then, she told me to tap my phone on the machine. Told her it’s fine I will pay with apple pay. And then she told me ‘usually people comes here know how to do it’. Told her usually staff knows how to do it! She answered back ‘oh well, I am just a staff so I don’t know’. What was that? So annoying! She definitely needs more training regarding customer service and knowledge when it comes to payment method! Teach her to fix her attiture towards customers as well!!! Customer service is terrible at its finest!
