   Sunday team has top tier service! The ladies & the guy whose names i unfortunately didn’t get, treated us amazing& gave us expert advice+cracked some jokes which made the sales process so much better. Will definitely be back & would recommend Pascoes MANUKAU over anywhere else if you want to experience the best service AND best deals!!

   ⭐️ If I could give zero stars, I would. I bought a dress watch and went overseas the very next day for a month. After wearing it, I realised the band constantly snags and damages my clothes. When I returned, I asked for an exchange or refund, but the store manager refused, saying I was outside their 2 week policy. It’s unreasonable that genuine circumstances aren’t considered, and now I’m stuck with a watch that ruins what I wear. Be cautious…if you won’t be in the area immediately after purchase, you’ll have no recourse if the product is faulty or poorly designed.

   I was shopping for a small gift for a friend’s birthday and purchased from this store. I had the choice to buy from the many jewellers in the mall but chose this shop because of the way I was welcomed and looked after by the salesman named Tony. He was warm and very accommodating. Great service and nice products. Highly recommended.

   Was sent to Manukau store from sylvia park because the store person damaged a brand new watch setting the time with a screwdriver and was the last one in stock, then Manukau store tried to charge us an inflated price for exact same product I was refunded for less than two hours ago and was too lazy to call Sylvia park and check. Took business around the corner to Goldsmith's and will never use Pascoes brand again.

   A friend of mine gifted me a watch. Just coz I had exactly the same thing I wanted to return it and ask for refund or a gift card that I could use later as I didn't need anything. We went to return right next day so the watch was with us for only few hours. However, when we went there they denied any refund and also said they aren't doing any gift card during holiday season. I showed that their receipt states that we could return to get a gift card. The sales person was of no use and I didn't wanted to spoil anyone's holiday. So, we instead exchanged it for something my friend liked. Wouldn't recommend anyone to buy anything as a surprise gift.

   Agree with a lot of the other reviews, customer service is pretty terrible. One of the young ladies was great, offered a lot of advice an information on watches we were looking at. The older woman and third lady we spoke with didn't seem all that interested in anything and provided conflicting information. Also, if you're buying a watch and are told ALL Seiko watches come with three free links to adjust sizes, I would take that with a grain of salt. While we were about to go ahead with a purchase the third woman came back and said they can only order in 1 additional link. So, no idea where the original information came from about them all having 3 links included.

   Good products. staff was very helpful. Bought a watch as a gift. Good quality genuine watch. However, I did not like their policy of returns and replace. I did get a gift card warranty though. (Something is better than nothing) So buy stuff only if you like it and not having second thoughts about your purchase. Here are the pics of my purchase.
