   One of the best branches of the Chemist Warehouse. One suggestion, please keep the perfume cabinets open so we can test them. Everytime you need a tester, you have to call the sales people and sometimes they either not on hand or if you carry on testing more, they seem to get frustrated...you can always tell by their facial expressions.

   If I could leave 0 stars I would. Disgusting service and the security guard is ATROCIOUS. Never felt more racially profiled in my life. Thought I was going to steal because I had a big handbag and was testing the LABELLED tester perfumes by spritzing it on my skin? Hello no papers were available perfume officer. Following me around like a little tail. Avoid this place if you want to be thought of/looked at as a thief lol gross

   I wanted to leave a negative review to show my frustration, but after seeing they already have so many bad reviews, it’s clear they don’t care. My claim was unfairly declined based solely on the manager’s assumption, even though the item was never used—only opened. Very disappointed with their dismissive approach to genuine customer concerns. I expected better customer service and a fair approach to returns and exchanges.

   Regular customer, my go to chemist warehouse. But the only down fall is the customer service from “Emily Ruo***” really needs better training. She always seems to slam your bag of products on the counter or doesn’t great you. Today she once again slammed my bag of products and doesn’t interact with me because she was eavesdropping at the customer next to me. That’s my only bone to pick a simply great & scan items and give bag of products nicely would be great.

   I had a disappointing experience at this store. During my visit, it felt like I was being singled out over the store comms system, which was both uncomfortable and unnecessary. I raised my concern through the proper customer service channel, hoping for a genuine response. Unfortunately, the reply focused more on defending staff actions than acknowledging how the experience made me feel. Internal reviews may not always reflect the full picture, but dismissing a customer’s perspective is not the way to build trust or show accountability. This isn't about proving who's right or wrong—it's about how you treat people. I left the store feeling disrespected and unheard. I expected better. If you're considering visiting this store, I’d strongly suggest reading through the reviews first. A one-star rating feels generous, especially when there's no option to give less.

3. EP ★☆☆☆☆

   The worst branch in terms of service from my experience. The one in the Mall, just 1 minute drive away, is much better. Not only the service is shocking, they also get out of any warranty and replacement matters. Update: even once they get you a replacement, you will find a nasty and bizzarely signed note taped to the item. Hopefully "Eze" is fired by now. Utterly shocking.

   Visited the store today (8 July). Happy to say that I was pleased with the service I received today. Went in to get a few perfumes and it was a bit busy at the time, however the young lady in fragrance managed to help everyone out very quickly, good customer service and very kind I didn’t manage to get her name but I will be back in a few weeks on a Saturday to tell her I appreciated the good service.

   Just had a great online experience served by staff Ke Ma, a super nice guy and very patiently! We went to CW flat bush and manukau mall shops were told the Gwp are not available, Ke said they have in Ronwood shop, and can help us with the shopping.Thanks so much for sending items to west Auckland for us. What a wonderful shopping experience!

   Friendly staff and always there to help customers, but unfortunately I have had my flu jab done the other day here. Don’t get your flu jab here. My arm has swollen up and looks like a huge insect bite. (It’s not) Not sure the pharmacist knew what she was doing to be honest
