    Very poor customer experience, would not recommend. Purchased a desk in store and checked twice at the warehouse it was the correct colour (suggested opening the box to check). Required help from a neighbour to bring the box upstairs to my flat, once opened I discovered it was the wrong colour. Phoned the shop who offered little compensation despite giving multiple opportunities, unable to add onto the delivery drivers list for collection today and unable to process a refund without returning to the store.

    Poor quality queen bed frame purchased in August 2024, I raised my concerns with 1 month of purchase as the slats kept falling out. I'd accidentally put them in the wrong way initially but quickly changed them before the bed was used. I was told to tighten the screws which I did (again) but it didn't fix the problem. They eventually sent my replacement sides but blamed me for the problem. They refused a refund even though I said I was unhappy as the product was so poor quality. Skip ahead a few months - the slats are broken, the brackets are broken and the metal frame is broken! It just keeps breaking! There is only one person using the bed that is about 70kg. This bed is meant for 2 people! This bed hasn't been fit for purpose since I purchased it. I've complained again and they are still refusing a refund. Only offering replacement parts, which most likely will break again! They no longer sell the model I bought either. Poor quality products and very poor customer service! Stay clear and spend your money elsewhere.

    Great customer service and delivery was prompt furniture store may need a clean as there was a lot of dust and fluff on the display furniture and floor, a lil more organizing and maybe better placement of furniture but other than that, all was good. Thanks guys love my new couch just what we needed.

    A great shopping experience! I bought a new bed frame and mattress here, and to help me confirm whether there was still stock, the size of the boxes, and whether the mattress and bed frame heights matched, the lady at the front desk customer service ran to the warehouse twice even out of breath. I really appreciate her responsible and dedicated attitude. Her professionalism is definitely one of the main reasons I’ll come back to purchase more furniture next time!

    Pretty bad experience here. Ordered some furniture online and went to pick it up as it was ready. Turned up and the colour we had ordered was out of stock. No communication prior to this about it being out of stock. Drive an hour and was offered another colour or a refund. Clearly don’t have their inventory processes sorted. Wouldn’t purchase from here unless you are prepared to not get what you ordered.

    Really Bad experience with this seller I will not recommend anyone to go there and waste your money and time. I bought a king single mattress and after a few weeks spring gets shrink I talk to the sales person and sent him some pictures but he said you need to bring your mattress here so we can check it i drive to Panmure from Papakura south when I reach there lucky owner was there sales person ask me to open up your car boot and show him the mattress when I opened the boot without even touching he start telling me it’s good it’s good not faulty at all I told him let me take it out and open it up on the floor then you will see the shrink spring but he changed his tone then I got angry and tell him listen to me first I’m the customer you have to listen my problem first then you make decisions but he was saying don’t have any problem with mattress because he was not ready to take any action he start giving excuses then he start apologising but did not return the mattress.Owner is useless he doesn’t know how to deal with customer.If you wanna buy rubbish with money just go there otherwise try someone else.Choice is yours.I wanted to give him 0 start but unfortunately there is not any option for that so I had to give 1 star.

    Very angry with this company. Placed a bed frame order through Trademe 10days ago, double checked with them about the bed color before the action, they replied only honey color available. Then I placed the order and 3 days later they supplied a tracking number which cannot get any information, sent several emails to chase, then 9 days later before the day I moving, they called me and told me they don't have honey color in stock. What a terrible company and purchase experiences! Never ever buy anything from this company.

    Thank you for the trade, just want to acknowledge your delivery persons for their patience. Thank you for the mattress I appreciate it. I also want to acknowledge the island or maori girl and man that I spoke with over the phone. Thank you for making this trade easy. To the manager or Asian lady I spoke with, I believe you need a lot more training, particularly around your customer service skills. Just a recommendation: I would suggest that you have packing delivery forms on the package to make it easier for the driver and receiver. At least it the package will be identified. I believe that this would make things a lot easier instead of guessing which product is for which customer. Cheers

    Been a nightmare buying from this place, boxes were missing so had to go back and collect the missing boxes, now assembled the draws and the sides of 2 draws are missing. Messaged them that we are missing these pieces and they told us that they would ship it out as I refused to go back and collect. Messaged them to see if it was shipped and they replied that they knew nothing about it so I sent screenshots of the conversation and no reply. Called to speak to the manager but they wouldn't put me through and told me the manager had left for the day so left my details with them but still nothing so far! Lastly the instructions are far from ideal to put the pieces together. A fair warning to all not to buy from here!

    my experience with Sue-e is very bad. I bought a queen size mattress. when I opened it, it was damaged. I showed the picture of damaged mattress to the manager, neither did he look at the picture nicely, nor he tried to understand my point. He directly blamed me for damaging the mattress and forcing the damage on them. He has no respect for his customer. Very very very disappointing customer service. I would never recommend anyone to buy from this sue-e. This company does not deserve any stars.
