Very inefficient payment system. Got to wait for a long time to show in the system that I've paid for the item. And got to have my id photocopied for collecting the item.

I’ve been to the store for a couple of times. Some staff were very friendly and helpful. I also bought one of the most satisfying laptops in this store. It said it was a used laptop but this, was like almost new. The charger was there, the original box, and etc. I guess I hit the jackpot. I wasn’t very happy with how some of the staff assisted me in collecting the laptop. One staff brought the laptop from the back and “bonked” it against the counter. No “handle with care”whatsoever. Also two staff looked at my personal details (name, DoB, address and etc) for a while like they were creeping into my privacy. Then they announced my name and DoB right in front of other customers. That was customers info you were not allowed to do sth like that. Overall good purchase, good product, the staff, maybe not so good.
Bought my very first P-Phone here. Saw a guy try to sell a whippa snippa here. He got $50. I dunno if that is good or not in the whippa snippa market. I would assume it is. I challenge anyone who is reading this review, to go and sell one of those Lime scooters at the cashies and see what you can get for it
Lady at store tried telling me the product was a lower priced model even though I saw she had clicked on the expensive model I had also. For another product which was in its original package (tv) she said it would be $70 which is well below the $300 I paid for it.

Horrible customer service. Been to a few cash converters and they're the worst. It took forever for them to accomodate us and when they did, the lady was a rip off. She kept on questioning my item saying that it might be fake even after she tested the gem and the instrument confirmed its legitimacy. Went to two other cash converters and they treated us well. Forget about this shop. If only I can give zero stars
Variety of goods, used & few brand new. Few good quality stuff. Location aint that great considering parking is limited out the front, there is a carpark available behind the store.
