   Owner's probably ignorant of how advertisements work because when someone advertised as "price match on retail items" without stating "conditions apply" anywhere on the sticker then you are legally obligated too. Go read the law. About to file a complaint as these guys have definitely stuffed up here. The store person in the store thinks he doesn't need to change the advertising outside. Oh boy, have fun dealing with commerce commission lads.

   NEVER AGAIN STEPPING IN THIS SHOP. Purchase online a night before a particular cough syrup as couldn't find else where. Get there after a sleepless night because of my sick boy with other treatment not quite working, have him with me too for half an hour drive round trip and be told oh, you should've waited until we would respond. We don't have that in stock. So instead of apologizing it's back on me! But very prompt to sell me whatever else.

   Leo was the pharmacist on and he was so rude my daughter is only 16 months and I was coming in to get her some pamol as she is sick and she ran behind the counter and as I’m currently 36 weeks pregnant she’s much faster then I and I apologised instantly for going behind the counter and he said in an arrogant tone you can’t come back here and I replied yes sorry I know I was grabbing my daughter he continued to pack what he was doing then looked back up and said again “this is a restricted area you can’t be behind here” there was other people waiting and they were just as shocked as I were. This is the closest chemist to me and it’s the first and last time I’ll come there

   RUDE. WORST Experience. I have bought a medicine with a prescription. It was Non-funded, I paid for it and received the receipt. It looks like that medicine is not suitable for my 4 years old so I went back to the pharmacy and try to return it back. Medicine was unopened and I had the printed receipt as well. In the first instance he refused to take it back. 2 reasons were told to me. 1 is the policy and other is I would have bought the same medicine in some other pharmacy for a cheap price, so I want to return this back. I was like “WHAT”???? After a few minutes’ argument, he accepted the medicine and returned my money back. Moral is, he is accepting that he is selling the medicines for higher rate than other pharmacy. Please be aware before buying any Non-Funded Medicines.
