   The worst ever waiting. I've handed over the prescription, I've been told to wait 45 min to an hour. The prescription was ready after 1 hour and 35 min. A pharmacy to avoid, not recommended. Not to use ever. Completely unreliable & unprofessional

   If I could give them less I would. Went in for a prescription at 5.45 on Friday night after work looking for antibiotics and an eye gel. They refused to serve me and told me to go down to the Chemist in Newmarket, in peak hour, even after I told them my eyes were killing me. With no choice I went to the Chemist on Broadway and was served by the nicest pharmacist who was helpful and efficient.

   The pharmacy need to have more staff in to work more effectively and provide prompt customer service. Always left waiting for hours. Do not use if possible.

   It took them over 3 hours to fill a prescription today. Avoid them if you can or bring a sleeping bag.

   Slowest pharmacy ever for prescriptions! Went in, was told it would be 20 mins and we'd get a text when it was ready. Took an hour!! Very unimpressed

   Still waiting 3 days for my prescriptions!! The WORST PHARMACY I have ever been to. And they NEVER admit when they are wrong. For a hospital pharmacy, its extremely disappointing

   A rather big pharmacy inside of Auckland Hospital building, and the best place to redeem your prescription. Staff members are knowledgeable, attentive, and quite friendly; especially they often get so busy. The price is quite dear for non-prescription items.
