“Very friendly team, beach setup/decor with lots of plants. Very busy Cafe with relaxed atmosphere, lots of green plants, can tell the owner is into sustainability - reusable mugs for "have here" customers (looks like you choose your own mugs too), biocups made from plants not oil for takeaway coffee, and even the takeaway cup holders were made of milk cartons! The coconut Latte I had was very nice. Will definitely be back!”

My dad needed a liquid form of medication, which had to be specially prepared. Initially, I took the script to Unichem Pharmacy in Silverdale Mall on the 15th of December and asked them to put it on hold, as we wouldn’t need it until the following week. When I called them on the 24th to request the medication, they informed me that it couldn’t be prepared the same day and wouldn’t be ready until the 26th. Despite explaining that we had run of medication and it’s important for my dad, they refused, citing that the preparation process was too time-consuming. Their lack of flexibility and unwillingness to help left me frustrated. I reached out to Unichem Weiti Pharmacy, and the difference in service was remarkable. They assured me that the solution was straightforward to prepare and were more than happy to assist. They even offered to communicate with the Silverdale pharmacy if needed. I collected the script from Silverdale and went directly to Unichem Weiti, where they promptly prepared the medication. Their efficiency, professionalism, and genuine care for their customers are unmatched. Unichem Weiti Pharmacy truly went above and beyond to ensure my dad got the medication he needed without delay. “MicroMed spray has been an ideal preventative intervention for my German Shepherd. As soon as I see him biting or licking a spot, I use the spray. 9/10 it will clear up before I have to do anything else. It is also good for when there is a hotspot, to help him pay less attention to it alongside shaving/cropping the fur so it can heal.”

“Beautiful place, beautiful staff, great customer service, and great prices. Our rottweiler had hydrotherapy for the first time.It's definitely worth doing it. She had an injury a couple of months ago. The hydrotherapy helped her to use her injured leg and will get her leg strong again. DIY wash included with hydrotherapy(that's an extra point). We took our other dog also for a DIY wash, great set-up, and shampoo. Thanks heaps. We will be back for hydrotherapy and dog wash next week.”

“This is the pharmacy in my neighborhood and we are so lucky to have it. The customer service is excellent. Himesh and his team always goes extra miles to help. I was reading another review regarding investigation of prescription. But I must say it is a good thing. One time my son's GP prescribed a very high dose of his Allergy medication to put him to sleep during flight. We know the intention. But the pharmacist was quick to point out the dose should not be that high. Doctors are human and can make mistakes too. It is a good feeling that everyone is doing their part sincerely.”
