Abbey & Melissa are phenomenal, Thank you for the compassion and care you showed our family during such a heartbreaking time. Saying goodbye to our big boy was incredibly difficult, but your kindness, patience, and understanding brought us comfort when we needed it most. We are so grateful.
The staff at Carevets Papakura are wonderful, professional and caring. I can recommend this place very highly In the work they do. Netting was very noticeable unfortunately was their working conditions in the office area. It was extremely warm and not comfortable for anyone to be there for too long. Maybe the landlord might be able to at the least put In an air condition unit. The staff deserve that. Fingers crossed, for next time I visit there is one installed.
The staff are so caring!!! They really do care about your pets and their well-being ! Bringing my new kitten here to get same treatments as my first ginger cat they done so well with! looking forward to another great experience in care for my babies !! Thanks guys your truly amazing ❤️

The phone consultation was amazing. I would highly recommend CareVets. The person on the phone took the time to explain what was going on with my cat and the necessary steps to take. Super happy with the experience.
Super lovely staff. I came in with 2 toddlers in a double stroller which couldn’t fit through the doorways into the consult rooms so the staff worked around that and spoke to me in reception and allowed me to wait in the waiting room while they took my pup for his health checks/vaccines. Another staff member sat with me and was so helpful with keeping my kids happy while we waited. Couldn’t speak more highly of my experience and would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
The team at CareVets Beach Road have been a fantastic veterinary clinic to deal with. Since my famil and I relocated to South Auckland only a couple of years ago my cat has been under them. My cat called Captain America (aka 'Cappy') has always been well looked after. My family and I always appreciate the high quality of care and service provided. Called my usual vet explaining I wouldn't have funds until next day but they refused to see my sick cat. I had never used beach rd vet's but even though were very busy advised I take him there and vet would look at him when they could I was sincerely appreciative . Kept me informed of test results etc. Very pleased with care received
We were met at the car (Covid restrictions) to hand over our old cat who was not eating and had breathing problems. After a friendly, detailed conversation we waited while the examination took place. The nurse returned and explained the next steps very clearly. We were happy to leave him for two nights and were given regular updates. I was reassured that not only was he being treated but he was also being given love and affection. He is now on the mend with appropriate medication. The treatment and follow-up has been excellent.
