   I went there today and Chantelle or Chanelle (I’m so sorry for your name slipping my mind) was so amazing! I had a rescue kitten my husband found and she helped me figure out its age, helped with suitable food and flea/worming options, etc. She was so helpful and it is so appreciated. What a lovely ray of sunshine full of helpful info for supporting a wee kitten. Thank you so much.

   Very helpful and friendly staff. We bought a new puppy a couple months ago, and the team at Animates were super helpful and patient in answering all our questions, they also provided us with good suggestions on some of their products. The click and collect service is also super quick and easy!

   Fabulous service. Staff are very polite, knowledgeable, and most helpful. My score reflects the 3 stars instead of 5. My indent Sunday 20 July visit was to purchase "Dine Fish in fish jelly contain in the blue and black bladder small packet." I was highly disappointed to learn this store does not sell my cats product. I was resorted to purchasing other products to feed my fussy cats. My 2 cats have tried every cat food within animates ,but will only eat Dine fish in jelly.

   Our dog got kennel cough after coming back from the groomers, they also clipped his private parts too close causing an infection as the tools cut him! When I booked this in originally they told me I had a discount voucher I could use ( part of the reason I chose to have the service). Unfortunately our dog is now quite sick and we’ve had to take him to the vets for his kennel cough ! Not coming back here for a groom and customer service needs an improvement!!!

   Today, I met Nadine. It was her first day with Animates at Botany. Upon meeting, I announced I'd bought a puppy and needed everything. A retail salesperson's dream! Nadine spent at least an hour with me, sharing her knowledge and own experiences, providing me with reassurance and confidence. It was such a pleasure to be served with such enthusiasm from her and her colleagues who also jumped into assist. I can not thank the team enough and congratulate Animates for bringing on such a knowledgeable and engaging team member. Thanks, Nadine!

   Worst grooming service. My puppy ended up with an infection because of such close shave in their private part. Lucky my vet picked it up when we took our pup for vaccine. The Asian couple at the groomers there weren’t ready to listen to what I wanted but I disregarded it thinking they are professionals and knew better. Never going again.
