   This was our third visit to the store to get plecos, and by far the best experience we’ve had. We were served by Burd, who was friendly, helpful, and very patient. Well done. Our previous visits weren’t negative, but they felt fairly average in comparison. Burd, on the other hand, made the experience genuinely enjoyable and left us wanting to return to purchase more fish. Based on those earlier visits alone, we likely wouldn’t have come back unless necessary. If we visit again, hopefully Burd will be there!

   First time in my life I could not buy something though we are happy to pay. Came there and was advised that I need to test to make sure the tank is in-cycle. So I bought some small fishes, baceria, and a test kit. We followed their instruction and my tank was perfect for the fishes as I have already used a used filter for a week. We came back after a couple of day to buy some more fishes, but the guy who advised us last time told his work mate not to sell fishes for us, so she said we could not buy and need to wait for the tank to be in cycle. As a business owner I find that so stupid because first, even if the fishes die we would come back and buy more so that means more sales for them. And second, we can buy any where else if they don't sell to us. Worst staff, will never come back.

   Popped in today to buy a plant and investigate adding some tank mates in for my 5yo’s goldfish (Sushi & Rainbow). What an experience - staff are absolutely awesome - I learned so much more about looking after my fish. Excellent experience and although a bit of a drive this is where I’ll go for all my aquarium needs going forward!

   It's a great little hidden treasure.. Staff was great, especially Kylie, who advised us to go to their other shops like in Albany and Hamilton. Due to the restriction that Auckland City Counsel has set. But we were overall happy with the service and decided to go to the Hamilton store. Kylie had not only searched up the Address she also rang them... So, a MASSIVE, THANK YOU TO THE TEAM IN ROSKILL.

   Popped in to pick up a new snail and really enjoyed the experience. Heaps of tanks and friendly staff wanting to help out. We were lucky to have George help us and he gave really great advice. This is our new fish, snail and water plants place!
