   Go to store for all our hoppy flappy yappy scaled family , essentials to potentials .... staff are great , ya cant tell me about mine if ya dont have ya own - and they got em which makes the advice 1st hand knowledge not 2nd hand rehearsed script ... love the shop the staff ohhhh and the dog wash is bloody excellent...

   I stopped by this pet store recently because I’m wanting to start a tank and needed some advice and I’m so glad I did. A young woman working there (blonde, glasses) helped me out, and she was absolutely amazing. She really knew what she was talking about when it came to fish care, water treatments, and what species work well together. I had so many questions, and she was super patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. She even helped me pick out the right food and showed me which filters would work best for my setup. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and wants people to succeed, not just sell products. I left feeling way more confident and excited about getting my tank started.

   Super friendly and helpful staff and a great range of different gear. I went in for a jacket for my dog Harry and we got a Barkers merino jumper which he was able to try on in the store, lucky we were able to as we had picked the wrong size. We got the correct size for a really good price and our dog loves it. The lady was super helpful and friendly and asked permission before giving treats to Harry so that was a really enjoyable experience all round.

   They were very helpful but just not exactly happy with the item we bought. It's a harness that stops the dog from pulling,except the package shows perfect for a dog like a German shepherd then when we got it and took it out of the package it will definitely not fit round our waist at all.

   The quality of the toys and leads at animates is unrivalled. The duck is my dogs favourite and he destroys one a week so I’m always having to get a new one but the look on his face as he rips the stuffing is priceless.
