I have just made my second delivery order from this store to my home in Thames. The service has been fabulous. In my first order I did have some issues getting our delivery address recognised but once I sorted that out with help from the store the order was seamless. It’s so good to have this facility set up to use as here in Thames we only have Pak and Sav. Tonight’s order was very easy and it will be delivered tomorrow. I can’t recommend this store and its staff and management highly enough.
The meat is always fresh, and the shop is consistently well-presented. I also can find a range of healthy options and superfoods. The bakery is exceptional—everything looks enticing and tastes delicious. I always pick up some treats from the bakery counter.
The best New World I have ever been to and I have been to many! The range is amazing and the store is really nice and clean. Staff are so friendly and helpful.
The staff here are amazing! So helpful when I was pregnant and now with my baby - they always jump in and help with putting my groceries through the checkout when my hands are full and even load them into the car for me! It’s a lovely place to shop too. My supermarket of choice in Pukekohe.
Beautiful 'Boujee' New World. It has a Lewis road Milk dispenser which I loved! Fresh orange juicer and Pineapple dispenser too! It has a bulk section with a great variety. It also has a floral section with some beautiful flower arrangements and bunches to purchase. The store is kept in prestine condition. Great location on the main road into Pukekohe.
A great store with a great range. It's a good place to shop if you have sensory challenges too - lighting isn't so bright and it isn't such a noisy store.
Great news to locals at Pukekohe on the way I am sure you all can have online shopping and pick up on way home experience. Very comfortableshop with modern equipments great layouts very well signed and noticeable shop. Great parking with 2 way in and out access. Nice coated trolleys. Cleaned and morden toilet Great service deli and bakery new look. Take away ready to eat food aisle easy access. Well maintained coffee shop will be great if some seating available to spend some time in shop. Nice lighting on aisles and shelves. Great butchery and produce shop looks fresh. 2 way entry amaging. Kiwi owned. Foodstuffs weldone on world class shopping market. Suggestions are Tasting of some stuff will be welcoming. Hope there is public transportation access close by.
