   This happened many years ago when they still offered grooming services. They were the first groomer I went to because they were closest to home. The owner was rude and made me feel like a second-class citizen with her words. She eventually decided she didn’t want my business. At the time, I thought maybe grooming was stressful, or perhaps I’d done something wrong. But after visiting several other places over the years, I’ve never had the same poor experience. Other establishments have always been friendly and helpful. There’s one I’ve gone to for years and have never had any issues. Looking back now, I think the owner was simply an unpleasant person. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone

   Our dog spent two weeks at k9 while we were on holiday. He was so well cared for and (judging by the daily photos and videos), he clearly had a wonderful time. The staff were all caring and attentive and passionate about dogs. Will definitely use again!

   Very reasonable price for EXCEPTIONAL service. The team really really love my dog and take wonderful care of him. He gets so excited each time he arrives - even though he’s been attending for years. They’re very good at communication and have the dogs well-being at the centre of everything they do. And the staff are bubbly and fun even after hot days running after the dogs. Highly recommend.

   We have absolutely loved bringing our puppo Barkley here, which has been evident with his INSANELY LOUD squeals and woofs the entire ride there in the morning! The staff are incredibly caring and attentive, making us feel so confident in leaving our fur baby with them. Kudos to the entire team for creating such a wonderful and safe environment - you really are the best in the biz!

   Cannot praise these guys enough. We initially took our boy to a different daycare near my work (due to convenience) but they would not take him in for full days as he was 'too young' (he was 4.5-5 months at the time) which was a pain as it meant I had to do half day at the office, pick him up and WFH in the afternoon which my work was not happy about.. We then came to K9 to 5 and they were happy to take him in for full days 3 days a week. It was such a huge relief for us! He's been coming here ever since and both him & us absolutely loves it. They really do treat all the dogs like their own, with so much care, love and attention. Everytime we drop him off to 'school', he sprints through the door with excitement and we go to work knowing he's in good hands

   The best daycare for our fur baby! When we drop Finn off we feel so comfortable knowing she is in the best care and she always comes home safe and clean. The whole team are so organised, friendly, and obviously make Finn feel special each time because she is always excited to go to “school”! I highly recommend K9 to 5 for dogs of any size.

   We feel Andrea and the team really care and have the welfare of the dogs at their highest priority. They always let us know if there's something we should be aware of. Plus our dog always comes home absolutely knackered, so we know he's had a great time.
