“I’m based in Wellington, and most of the big name companies online couldn’t be bothered with my $2.3K order – I guess it was too much hassle for them. They were all chasing the quick buck. But these legends :) Super responsive from the get go, happy to help, and they sorted everything out without a fuss. They delivered my 230kg Aqua One Brilliance tank perfectly, no drama at all. Even though I’m far away, I’m seriously impressed with how they handled everything. I’d happily buy from them again any day.”

“The man who groomed our dog did an excellent job, probably the best we've ever had for a brush out of our long haired double coated samoyed. Something to note though is that he initially asked if we wanted her trimmed down to a poodle style cut. This indicated that he had no samoyed experience and you would never trim their coat - possibly just hygiene areas. We made sure it was clear no scissor or trimming allowed. We were very worried leaving our girl but the end result was excellent. We will definitely go back again for a wash and brush out. No knots in sight. She also smelled wonderful.”

“I was really stressful and concerned about my cat who started to show signs of not being able to open her right eye and I was worried death. So I call first thing in the morning to book an appointment for her and all the clinics are fully booked. Even Herne Bay as well of course. But what I love about them is they don't just hang off the phone telling me there's no spot for my cat, instead they provided me with some useful information on what to do and they showed care to my cat's situation ♡ I'm really grateful for the lady who answered my call this morning;) she was super helpful and lovely! Can't recommend this vet enough even ive only been there once.”

“I stopped by this pet store recently because I’m wanting to start a tank and needed some advice and I’m so glad I did. A young woman working there (blonde, glasses) helped me out, and she was absolutely amazing. She really knew what she was talking about when it came to fish care, water treatments, and what species work well together. I had so many questions, and she was super patient and explained everything in a way that made sense. She even helped me pick out the right food and showed me which filters would work best for my setup. You can tell she genuinely cares about the animals and wants people to succeed, not just sell products. I left feeling way more confident and excited about getting my tank started.”
