“Visited the store last week on the weekend and loved the service, although the other customers were a bit inconsiderate, unfolding clothes and then placing it down in a random spot elsewhere, the staff were still very patient and kind. Bonus : Great music taste, not too loud not too quiet and was very mood fitting. Whoever the DJ is, your doing a good job. Will definitely shop there more!”

“Good value and very friendly staff, but during busy hours there may be a bit of wait to get served. Handy location with ample parking. Look out for specials and this is a good place/alternative for kids shoes especially. They also have decent goods return policy. Why pay twice as much if you are buying shoes that you are not gonna be wearing everyday as most shoes in NZL are made in China or other SE Asian nations. Recommending a visit to the store next time you are in the area and grab a bargain.”

“Took a suit in to be sized and altered and Papz was absolutely wonderful !! He let us take our time in decision making, showed us multiple options for ties/bows and gave us the impression that he genuinely wanted the best for us. Papz was friendly, open to chat and able to give advice when we needed it. Easy to see that Papz is a hard worker and cares about his customers!”

Ihaka was patient, friendly and helped me pick out a comfortable, nicely fitted and a good looking attire. Took them back today no receipt but could tell them what time I purchased, I assume they checked cctv/logs, but they replaced with no drama and even gave me a second batch free. Well done New World”
