We went to several stores yesterday at Sylvia and each store greeted us and asked us if we needed any help. However, this was the only store that ignored us as soon as we walked in. They didn’t ask if we needed any help and were just rude. We had to go up to them and ask for help and they just repeated what we already knew. The staff were straight up unprofessional and rude.
We had such a great experience shopping at YD Sylvia Park thanks to Rose! She was friendly, approachable, and really helpful in finding the right style and fit. She gave honest advice and made the whole process so easy and enjoyable. Excellent customer service – thank you, Rose!

I believe this store brand will now be one of my go to mens clothing shop as I love their styles and fitting. This store is compact full of variety jackets coats shirts shoes and accessories. Prices are standard and better when on sale. I was just happy trying on the clothes and enjoying the time browsing.
Extremely poor customer service! I went to get a refund. There was a guy called Dev. He said you need to go to the store who you have got it from. Went back to Manukau and the guys were super helpful. They said there was no reason why I should have driven from Sylvia park to Manukau when Dev could have easily done that. Don’t have a zero star rating so given 1 star.
Hands down the best shopping experience for clothing I've ever recived. I've been there 3 times thus far, the manager there is so good! Need advice - check, persnal tailoring - no problem, matching tie - he's got you covered, protect this man at all costs I've never looked so good in my life, thank you sir and thank you yd. I'll be back soon.

I am yd’s customer for nearly 4years now , yesterday I was on hunt for black shirt and chino so went straight to YD sylvia park , i chose black shirt with black nicole chino & it was very comfortable and perfectly suited but then i also tried another slim tapered chino but becausethe price mark on nicole chino was $69.99 so chose to go with nicole but on counter when i saw the bill the chino was charged for $129.99 On asking the girl (staff) that why i get charged more when the marking was $69.99 she simply replied we are not running promotions on chino and the price was marked wrong , hence I ended up paying the $129.99 instead of $69.99 which i found ridiculous. If the store has marked something wrong so it’s on store now because customer chosen that product considering the price as one of the main factor among other factors while shopping.
After a fruitless effort shopping all day for a suit with my 17 year old son we decided to visit one last store, yd. It was there we met the very helpful Lewis. The service we received was impeccable . Myself and my son were impressed with our experience and looking forward to more retail therapy at yd in the near future.
