   Never had such a dreadful shopping experience. It was honestly humiliating. I went to buy underwear on the last day of the Black Friday sale. The lingerie section was huge, so I spent some time choosing styles and fabrics. During that time, security walked past me several times, which felt strange, but I assumed they were just doing their rounds. When I finally went to pay, I clearly heard the security guard say, “She’s paying at reception.” That’s when I realised they thought I was stealing. The guard even walked over as if trying to get footage of a crime that never happened. I was furious. Afterwards, I spoke to a staff member and told her what happened. She explained the situation and tried to comfort me. I really appreciate that. I understand security is under pressure with rising theft, but that doesn’t justify treating innocent customers like criminals. It shouldn’t be used as some kind of personal performance metric either. Who gave security the right to make random accusations? I felt deeply insulted and I won’t be coming back. I hope no one else has to go through what I did.

   Heaps of stuff on special. Pure Merino wool very cheap. Baby stuff looks awesome. It is a big, clean store. It has clothes, home items, and beauty products. The staff are friendly, and there are sometimes good sales. Sometimes items run out or prices are confusing, but it is a nice place to shop.

   “Misleading Promo and Rude Attitude” We bought 2 jackets last week. The store’s promotion is very misleading. It says “Buy 1 Get 1” on the first line and “Half Price” on the second, which gives the impression that the second item is free. In reality, it’s just 50% off the second item — definitely not a true “Buy One Get One” offer. We bought two items thinking it was a proper BOGO deal. When we questioned the pricing, the salesperson’s tone and facial expression made us feel like we were dumb for misunderstanding the sign. It was condescending and completely unprofessional. This kind of unclear advertising combined with poor customer service left us with a bad experience.

   You can find almost anything from kitchenware to toys to cloths to makeup here, overall large variety of great hpuseware, just might be a little on the pricey side for some when salea on desired product aren't available, great sales do happen all the time though so overall a truly good store, would recommend

   Apr 2023 This shop looked very clean and spacious on this visit with lots of specials available. The counter staff were very pleasant to deal with too. Jan 2023 Having been a Farmers customer since the 1970's, this brand of store continues to be a preferred place to shop. Glenfield is convenient and close.

   Great service and price. Whistle bag originally $79.99, down to $30 then 30%off that taking it to $21! Display model soda stream that was already reduced by $34 but got additional 10% off the 30%discount. Lots of bargains to be had.
