My husband and I were in the Onehunga store a few weeks ago, looking for golf attire, the lovely lady at the counter was super helpful, (wish I got her name, but she was a beautiful island lady) she helped with sizing, then went ahead and got every colour in my husbands size to try on. Checking, if we liked the fit, offering other selections and just being genuinely helpful. It’s daunting taking my husband shopping, but she made this a fantastic experience, we purchased 3 shirts and a jumper. I've been struggling with trying to fix or replace a worn Prada bag strap, but the team managed to find me a replacement Prada strap of exactly the same colour and even had extra holes put in. Frankly, I'm in disbelief at how smooth and communicative the team was. This is service the way all luxury brands should do it. Well done, and thanks again.”
