And although we were just browsing around, we decided to purchase some thermals for kid and the man at the counter was super friendly and helpful when we picked the wrong item! And he was very patient when we were trying to log into our account and after our card was declined twice. The fruit and veg section can be a bit hit or miss depending on the day you visit, but most of the time it’s decent. The meat section usually has a good range at affordable prices, and the bakery offers the basics like bread, rolls, and a few sweet treats. Staff are usually around if you need help, but it’s a typical Pak’nSave setup — more of a DIY experience. Most people are just in and out, focused on the shop, so don’t expect high-touch service. The staff member, Stephanie, was exceptionally patient and kind in helping me try on various boots before I chose the perfect pair! She didn’t rush me and I did ask to try on quite a few pairs, but she was patient with me and even recommended a few that made my decision even more difficult to choose from. The atmosphere of the store was also pleasant. I definitely recommend not only the quality of the shoes from Robin Pierre, but the staff are friendly and the store environment is pleasant.”
