“A decent sized Hallensteins store in the busy Glenfield Mall. All the variety of clothes available online are mostly stocked in here too. The try rooms are spacious enough. The staff are nice and welcoming. They also help you choose a product if asked, which is nice. The location is easily accessible and opening hours are set up as per the mall's timings. There are advertised specials available at times. Well recommended.”

“Wanting to buy some clothes for a special birthday, called into this shop and was delighted to see such lovely array of colourful clothes arranged in similar colours (very useful). The lady who looked after me was very helpful and willing to help. I probably bought more as everything was so reasonable!”

“Good value and very friendly staff, but during busy hours there may be a bit of wait to get served. Handy location with ample parking. Look out for specials and this is a good place/alternative for kids shoes especially. They also have decent goods return policy. Why pay twice as much if you are buying shoes that you are not gonna be wearing everyday as most shoes in NZL are made in China or other SE Asian nations. Recommending a visit to the store next time you are in the area and grab a bargain.”

Took them back today no receipt but could tell them what time I purchased, I assume they checked cctv/logs, but they replaced with no drama and even gave me a second batch free. Well done New World”

“I shopped at Johnny Bigg Dressmart (Onehunga) on Sunday 2nd November 2025 and I’ve got to say, the customer service from the two girls working that day was excellent. From the moment my mum and I walked in, they greeted us, offered help, and assisted with sizes. I ended up making a purchase that day because of how great the service was.
