   I went into store on Tuesday and I was greeted by a lovely sales assistant by the name of Lily. Lily was extremely patient and was offering help whenever needed. Lily is a good sales assistant who knows their stuff. I am however extremely upset by the jeanswest online store I had checked availability on a pair of jeans I really liked it had showed me that there was stock available in Albany when I got to Albany lily informed me that those jeans were now out of stock. I was definitely quite angered as I had drove in traffic to get there but lily did provide me with help and I left with a few pairs of jeans that I like.

   One of few stores in the mall where music is not too loud and you can have normal conversion with staff or family. Store offers large selection of jeans (lot smaller section for men) and other clothes. Staff is very good. Just right amount of small talk, great advice and smiling. At checkout I was asked if I have a membership card. After answering 'no' she asked me if I would like to join. It was just one question, no pushing or hard sell. Thank you for that. I may join next time.

   Really nice friendly customer service. They are always really nice to the kids which I appreciate and give us the large changing room so we can all fit and are really polite and helpful. Great sales too! Find the jeanshorts a perfect fit compared to other places.

   Jeanswest is always the place where I find a good pair of jeans for my choice. The store at Albany Westfield mall provides good service and has a good bunch of staff who is very helpful getting the right choice and size. One of the staff even advised where I can get the jeans I wanted when they changed their stock to summer collection. Will come back again for another purchase. Keep it going.
