   I was Christmas shopping here for some jorts at 9:40 on the 18th of December and there were two young girls working there who were being obnoxiously loud and sitting around what felt taunting customers. I felt extremely sorry for the one staff member who was doing their job and feel put off shopping at the st lukes branch after being met with those two workers, one which was wearing a headband and another sitting down being loud. I feel extremely saddened as i am usually a frequent shopper at Hallenstein Brothers branches and have only been met with unwelcoming service at this particular one.

   I visited Hallensteins Brothers at St Lukes Mall this afternoon and had a really disappointing experience. I purchased three clothing items and even paid extra for a purchase bag, but the clothes didn’t fit in the small one they provided. When I politely asked for a bigger bag, the staff member at the counter seemed annoyed and started putting the clothes in without even folding them properly. The attitude was arrogant, unhelpful, and definitely not what you expect from a retail store. If customers are paying for a bag, the least you can do is provide the appropriate size and basic courtesy.

   Thanks so much to Daniel he was an amazing help, made me feel comfortable as I'm bigger and love wearing the sweat pants and jumpers here as a women. Also helped me to pick out a beautiful Jacket for my husband's Bday. Beautiful Manager who cares about the running of the store after trying to find the staff members name to write this review.    Keegan is a huge asset to this company!! My partner and I were out to find him a fit for a wedding he has. From the moment we stepped into the store he acknowledged us right away. He helped us right throughout and was very patient with my indecisive partner who tried on so many clothes. He’s very knowledgeable with clothing and I learnt a few pointers as well with colours and what goes with what so thank youuuu Keegan. Retail need more customer service saviours like you!

   Tried numerous times contacting Hallenstein Brothers directly but they don`t seem to do anything to speed things up, so I`ll leave this comment here. I placed a "click and collect" order on the website on 28/12/2021 and till now I have not received the confirmation email saying that my order is ready for collection. I contacted Hallenstein "supports team", who told me to contact the store directly. When I first contacted the store, someone left me 10 minutes waiting on the phone while they were looking for my order, to finally get back to me saying they couldn`t find it and that they would call me back later (which they didn't). I went to the store on the following day and also after a long wait someone was able to find my order - but only one of the items was ready and they were waiting for the second item to arrive from the central office. As much as the staff from the store were willing to help me, it seemed very disorganized as they went back and forth to the stock until they could find it. I`m still waiting for the confirmation email saying the second item is ready for collection. I contacted the support team once again yesterday, and they told me to contact the store directly again (why does the support team even exist?!). Basically its been more than two weeks since I placed my order and no news about it so far. This can`t be right!!
